**Special Containment Procedures:* SCP-XXXX is to be kept on Site [To be determined upon final draft] for experimental use as psychoactive realignment.

Due to variable strength of SCP-XXXX and its unwavering capacity to get out of whatever container it is placed it, it has been directed that the easiest method for containment is complete isolation when not in testing.

SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a normal steel storage unit with a single padlock. (*Note: This lock is not here to keep SCP-XXXX locked it. It will rip through the metal container like paper. This is to keep personnel away from directly engaging with SCP-XXXX. Its variable morality is not worth risking Foundation Personnel over.)
SCP-XXXX must be kept at a minimum of 30 meters from all personnel who are not undergoing (Redacted).
SCP-XXXX requires no immediate observation or continuous monitoring as it will remain totally inert until someone has come within 30 meters of its. At this point it will begin to exhibit Two forms of active phases, both of which have several steps outlined below. Both phases begin the same.

Active Phase Step 1: SCP-XXXX will go from whatever position it is currently in to one standing straight up, with one of its palms stretched towards whoever has entered into the 30 meter radius. It has been concluded that this is how SCP-XXXX determines how it will react to personnel. If more than one person enters the radius, SCP-XXXX will use both hands and perform a slow “sweeping” motion in the direction of all within range. *Note: SCP-XXXX only needs to perform this one, and subsequent visits within the radius will not elicit this response.

Benign Phase. 1: If SCP-XXXX has determined not to attack the personnel it will remain mostly immobile, but will move slightly to watch those within range. If personnel get within range of SCP-XXXX, it will at times, take small actions of a less than threatening nature. See Addendum: Experiment Log 2.

Benign Phase 2: If personnel are allowed to stay within range of SCP-XXXX for extended periods of time it will begin to have a psychohypnotic effect on all personnel within range. These effects are permanent and gradual. They begin with a moral hardening of right and wrong and will progress into fanaticism and zealotry if allowed to progress. At the extreme ends those affected will actively seek out anyone they perceive as having done “wrong” within their own moral compass and attack them in turn. These attacks will be brutal, unrelenting and will always correspond to the wrong that was done. See Addendum: Hypnotic Effects

Benign Phase Indefinite: SCP-XXXX will regard any questions given to it with the approximate intelligence of an average human. While unable to speak or write, it seems to be able to comprehend any language spoken to it and is able to thusly respond with body motions, and has been noted to use typical gesticulations that are universally recognizable. While simple, these interactions allow for the question of sapience to be brought up and requires further investigation. (Pending Approval)

Malign Phase 1: *If SCP-XXXX begins to move immediately upon entering the radius, or very shortly thereafter, retreat to outside the radius immediately and contact supervision*
SCP-XXXX will, upon detecting those who have committed some level of egregious act, move towards them in a direct, aggressive fashion. Initial movements will be jerky, disjointed, and uncoordinated, like an animatronic from the well- known (Redacted) While its movements are unusual, the strength it possesses here is wildly variable but seems to have no discernable upper threshold. See Addendum – Containment attempts.
*Note: Immediate removal from the radius of 30 meters will return SCP-XXXX to Inactive phase in approximately 75% of cases.

Malign Phase 2: Once SCP-XXXX has seen the target, it will begin rapid motion towards them, moving up to recorded speeds of (Redacted). Once reaching a target, it will brutalize them. While not strictly murderous in intent, SCP-XXXX has been known to be more than capable of killing personnel, and has no compunction about it. This phase is distinct from M1 due to the fluid, animal like movements it now takes on, moving as a human, as opposed to mannequin. In this Phase, SCP-XXXX will perform what one researcher called “Hyperbolic Karma.” One example of this was seen with D-(Redacted) who had a history of violent domestic abuse. SCP-XXXX shattered every bone in both of their arms so thoroughly, there was no chance of proper repair or healing. Any cases of murder in this phase will be met with the violent termination of the subject.

Malign Phase 3: SCP-XXXX, having completed whatever “retribution” it sees fit on the target will place one or both palms on the subject. After a period of approximately 5 seconds it will release and from here on, ignore the target. All personnel who have experienced this, living or dead, will have a mark that matches SCP-XXXX’s palms exactly and will experience immediate psycho-hypnotic effects of medium to long term exposure to SCP-XXXX’s radiation. If there is no one left in range, SCP-XXXX will return to Inactivity. If anyone remains, it will proceed either to Phase B1 or M2, depending on personnel still within range.

**Description:* SCP-XXX is a SCP-XXX is a non-descript, male white mannequin, manufactured by [Data Redacted]. The mannequin is run of the mill in nearly every way, matching the countless other identical mass produced figures seen in shopping centers across the world. SCP-XXXX is seen in different poses, depending on the time of day, but is always standing, and always with at least one open hand.
On the palm of both hands is a single black circle that spirals inward.
SCP-XXXX will occasionally change positions when not in direct line of sight of any living person. Cameras and remote viewing devices do not alter his movements, and have been captured on numerous occasions.
Testing of the material that composes SCP-XXXX reveals that it is composed of an organic, living polymer. The structural chain of these compounds are simultaneously metallic and crystalline, and emit a constant field of [Data Redacted] radiation. Extended periods of time exposed to this radiation do appear to have some psycho-hypnotic effects on those within an area of approximately 30 meters. See Addendum 1 for details.
SCP-XXXX's molecular structure make it not only incredibly difficult to damage physically, but also highly regenerative. The fundamental makeup is cellular, but does not match any known living tissues. When pieces are successfully removed from SCP-XXXX, the pieces (hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-2) will remain in the "living" state as SCP-XXXX for a period of approximately [Data Redacted] hours. If removed from the area of 30 meters from SCP-XXXX the piece will go inert, and SCP-XXXX will begin the process of regeneration. When put back into the range of the radiation field, SCP-XXXX-2 will enter into the "living" state again and when not observed directly, will move in a motion similar to that of a slug and attempt to rejoin with SCP-XXXX. If allowed to rejoin, the damaged area will rapidly reform.
If SCP-XXXX-2 is not allowed to rejoin with the primary body, SCP-XXXX will gradually regenerate if observed. If not observed, the replacements will grow rapidly, regenerating entire limbs in a matter of seconds. Where the matter is generated from is as of yet, unknown.

Addendum
Initial Contact:
SCP-XXXX was brought to foundation attention when the derelict super mall [Data Redacted] was being used as a base of operations for a small criminal organization. They were using several of the forgotten stores as areas where they could manufacture various illicit drugs. These setup maintained for approximately two weeks before one of the members of the group turn himself into the police, claiming “The mannequin killed them all. Just came in and ripped them apart man. It shattered my arm! I ran away. Just please, please I’ll confess to everything-“ The man broke into hysterics here. A small detachment of personnel including four researchers and four class D personnel were dispatched to the area to investigate. Upon arrival SCP-XXXX was located at the entrance of the shopping center. SCP-XXXX’s head moved to face the approaching detachment before charging.
All Class D personnel were brutalized by the mannequin. All researchers were acknowledged by SCP-XXXX in the form of a small wave, after it had finished with the D-Class guards. All but one of the guards were killed in the following ways. Their designations have been simplified to single digit entries for this record. Upon cross referencing with their backgrounds, it was discovered that the damage done to their physical bodies was related to the nature of their crimes, outlined below.
D-1 Had his throat crushed and cervical vertebrae shattered via SCP-XXXX double handed grip. D-1 was convicted of hanging [Data redacted] people.
D-2 Received a single, close fisted punch to the chest, directly above the heart. (It would be determined at his Autopsy he suffered Commotio cordis.) He had been convicted of cutting out the heart of [Personal Data Redacted]
D-3 Was shot in both legs by SCP-XXXX who had picked up D-2’s weapon. Both bullets pierced the femoral artery and caused death by exsanguination. D-3 was convicted of cannibalizing the blood of several people in a rural area in eastern [Data Redacted]
D-4 Was not killed, but still attacked. SCP-XXXX attacked with what appeared to be a form of martial arts, given a direct, linear chopping motion to both elbows simultaneously. The joints were immediately fractured. After this, SCP-XXX grabbed the wrists of D-4 and crushed them so completely, both hands would have to be later amputated. D-4 was convicted of [Data Redacted] Abuse but had been caught prior to an actual murder.

After these attacks which took approximately 15 seconds to complete, SCP-XXXX gave a small wave to the researchers, and returned to an immobile state, where it was secured and taken to Site [To Be filled later] for further study.

Addendum 2: Audio Visual Logs recording.

[SCP-XXXX Interviewee]
[Dr. J stands behind a one way mirror. Audio recording devices on both sides.] Dr. J.: Good day. Can you understand me?
SCP-XXXX: Says nothing. Rotates head to observe containment room.
Dr. J.: I can see you moving. Can you hear me?
SCP-XXXX: Ceases all movement for fifteen seconds. Slowly nods.
Dr. J.: Ah! Good! Are you able to speak?
SCP-XXXX: Shakes its head “No.”
Dr. J.: (To himself) Ah, so…yes or no questions only then.
SCP-XXXX: Nods its head “Yes” despite the audio device not transmitting Dr. J’s last comment.
Dr. J.: *Noticing this reaction* “Are you afraid to be seen moving?”
SCP-XXXX: Lifts its head up, then turns it to the side, as if to signify confusion or deep thought.
Dr. J.: “Would you be able to write if given the tools?”
SCP-XXXX: Head returns to neutral position, then shrugs. SCP-XXXX looks to the top corner of the room, where one of the cameras are located, then shakes its head “No.”
Dr. J.: “Why did you attack those men in the mall?”
SCP-XXXX’s face visually contorts at this, going from the blank, placid stare of a normal mannequin to an angry, judicial glare. It remained as this for ten seconds before returning to neutral.
Dr. J.: “Will you attack anyone?”
SCP-XXXX’s Head shakes “No.”
Dr. J. “Would you attack me?”
SCP-XXXX does not move for a moment. Taking a few steps towards the two way mirror, and holds up its left palm, revealing the black circle on it. After a pause of five seconds, SCP-XXXX shakes its head no.
Dr. J.: “Ah, well thank you for your time. Good day.”
SCP-XXXX waves slightly, then freezes in place.

Addendum 3 : Containment Breach.
During Containment Breach [Data Redacted] Class D Personnel were chased down by SCP 682. Having run just passed the door containing SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX entered an active state and promptly charged the door.
The door was standard metal with no viewing glass, but was crumpled and ripped off the hinges immediately upon contact. SCP-XXXX then was confronted with SCP-682 to its immediate left and the remaining D-Class personnel to its immediate right. (SCP 682 paused briefly here to examine SCP-XXXX) SCP 682 charged, continuing the typical behavior associated with it. SCP-XXXX turned to face it, and caught the jaws of SCP 682 and held them open. SCP-XXXX then began to push back, walking forward against SCP 682, forcing it backwards, but doing no harm to it.
This momentary delay allowed the D-Class personnel to escape the hallway and regroup with foundation personnel, which ultimately aided in re-containment of all SCP assets.
Video footage shows SCP 682 eventually rolling, forcing SCP-XXXX to release its grip, whereupon it stood and faced SCP 682 who promptly turned away, and smashed SCP-XXXX into the wall with its tail. SCP-XXXX’s body collapsed inward on itself and crumbled to the floor as SCP-682 left to continue its rampage elsewhere.
Ten seconds pass before SCP-XXXX stands up again, resuming a position of a typical mannequin and does not move again until placed back in containment.

Addendum Containment Attempts:
Containment Attempt 1: Standard Foundation Cell for humanoids with key card lock.
Result: SCP-XXXX breached containment in approximately 5.75 Seconds when Class D personnel ran by its door during Incident (Redacted)
Containment Attempt 2: Reinforced steel chains attached to SCP-XXXX at the wrists and ankles. Placed in Standard foundation cell for humanoids with key card lock.
Result: SCP-XXXX Breached containment in 17.8 seconds when Class D personnel was brought within range. Class D Personnel was rapidly extricated from the radius, leaving before SCP-XXXX could get to him. SCP-XXXX Returned to inert state.
Containment Attempt 3: SCP-XXXX placed in room with backwards traction floor to prevent forward motion towards door.
Result: SCP-XXXX breached containment in 15 seconds by using the wall as the extrication point.
(*Note: Let’s stop wasting time with these. It doesn’t move when left alone right? So leave it alone. Drop it in a hole and stay away from the damn thing)
Containment Attempt 4: SCP-XXXX dropped in 30 feet sheer concrete shaft.
Result: SCP-XXXX Breached containment during Containment Breach (Data Redacted) and assaulted several class D personnel who were moving to their assigned positions. 7 Class D personnel were terminated. 8 Class D personnel were severely injured.
(*Note: Let it be known, the director for containment has been reassigned. Literally dropping the thing in a hole is absolutely absurd. Containment data has been updated.)
Containment Attempt 5: SCP-XXXX placed in standard storage unit with padlock. This storage unit is at the end of a hallway approximately (Data Redacted) long and (Data Redacted) beneath any of the other cells or hallways. Only access to this hallway is granted to 0-2 or above for emergency use or testing specifically for SCP-XXXX
Result: Containment Successful.
Addendum 8: Severity Test Log:
(*Note: These tests were performed with the Authority of the overseeing O-3 authority. Data has been duplicated and forwarded to all pertinent parties. As a personal aside, this could have serious ramifications for rehabilitation.)

Premise: These tests are to see how SCP-XXXX regards varying degrees of criminality. Data found may be useful in determining who can safely engage with SCP-XXXX and what it may be used for in the future.
Experiment #1 – Dr. Robinson
Background: Dr. Robinson has no criminal record, and affirms he is of upstanding moral character.
Results: SCP-XXXX continually shoved Dr. Robinson to the floor, but made no attempt to harm him further. Each time the Dr. stood, SCP-XXXX would trip him again and force him to crawl.
Conclusion: (Edited post review with Dr. Robinson) Dr. Robinson confessed later to the research team he use to bully his younger brother in exactly the same way that SCP-XXXX did to him.
SCP-XXXX does not appear to escalate harm from one issue to another.

Experiment #2 – Three D-Class Personnel
Background: D1. Female. History of animal abuse and dog fighting.
D2. Male. Incarcerated for premeditated murder. (Redacted) accounts.
D3 Male. Convicted of child abuse. Claims was framed and wrongly prosecuted.
Results: D2 was first engaged. Death due to severe cranial trauma from repeated strikes from SCP-XXXX.
D2 had both wrists broken from crushing force. SCP-XXXX used its head to assault D2 Resulting in the loss of 4 of her teeth. D3 was scanned and left unharmed. SCP-XXXX waved to D3 politely before becoming immobile again.
Conclusion: SCP-XXXX’s ability to know what people have done is not based on criminal convictions.

Experiment #3 – Class D personnel surrounded with six personnel with no criminal record and who all have no history of any violence.
Background: Class D personnel caught (Redacted-----—-) in the family’s home.
Results: SCP-XXXX began moving, but would not harm those who stood between it and the target. Over a few minutes it became increasingly agitated, pacing back and forth. After several minutes of this, SCP-XXXX stopped pacing, and became immobile again, both palms facing up.
All personnel were instructed not to move.
After 15 minutes, the “body shield” components were voicing their opposition to protecting someone who they knew was bad.
After 30 minutes, several of them were shifting in place, looking around, asking supervising lead to be allowed to leave. Request denied upon threat of termination. SCP-XXXX Had not moved at this point. The Class D who was the target began expressing regret about what he had done, quietly berating himself.
After 45 minutes the personnel in the room were all raising their voices about protecting someone as bad as this. The target was in tears, beginning to tear at his hair.
After 1 hour, all the personnel had turn to face the target who was on the ground now, in near hysterics, crying about how bad he felt.
At 1 hour and 5 minutes into the test, SCP-XXXX moved slightly, turning to his normal immobile stance, one palm outward. All the remaining personnel began to aggressively attack The Target, kicking and hitting, pulling and even biting when they could. For his part, he seemed to be biting his own tongue while still crying. Test concluded and all personnel were forcefully removed from the room.
Conclusion: SCP-XXXX psycho-hypnotic effects appear to take approximately one hour before the effects are fully realized. These seem to work on anyone, regardless of history. As of this date, the effected personnel have undergone several psychological analysis tests and have been found medically cleared of any and all possible psychological disorders. These personnel did however, retain their aggressively violent stance towards people they thought of as bad. Class-A amnestics given, and personalities were restored to pre-experiment temperaments.

Experiment #4 – SCP-XXXX placed in cell with SCP-096 at request of the O-5 Counsel.
Background: To see if SCP-XXXX would be able to terminate 096.
Results: 096 immediately entered a distressed state and turned to attack SCP-XXXX. Using (Data Redacted) we were able to observe parts of what ensured. SCP-XXXX grabbed 096’s hands, preventing it from attacking, but was unable to stop from being thrown into a wall. 096 broke apart XXXX, though with some noted difficulty. 096 returned to a docile state in the eastern corner. After approximately 30 seconds, XXXX reformed and quickly attacked 096. Limbs were broken, and 096 was repeatedly thrown into the walls of its cell with a force that shook the unit, approximately (Redacted)-joules. The sounds continued for several minutes. 096 was heard making crying sounds, but no movement further was heard. XXXX was removed from the cell, severe damage done to its body across the face and torso.
Conclusion: While able to stand up to 096, doesn’t look like this thing is strong enough either. Data notated and sent to the O-5 Counsel for review.
