Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx is to be provided with a standard living quarters in the facility. He is to given with a level 3 of the facility. Cafeteria privileges are also to be provided. SCP-xxxx does not require any security.
SCP-xxxx is to be treated as any employee of the foundation, as the council has decided give SCP-xxxx the post of researcher.
Description: SCP-xxxx seems to be a 16 year old boy. Approximately 1.8 meters tall. SCP-xxxx is quite a pleasant person to be around. SCP-xxxx is not affected by effects of any SCP whether good or bad. SCP-xxxx also has an uncanny amount of knowledge on the SCPs he has met, making him an indispensable asset to the foundation. During research SCP-xxxx was found to also be able to communicate with any SCP that has any level of intelligence, claiming he can understand what they are trying to say. The SCPs seem to understand him as well. The main anomaly of SCP-xxxx being that he is not affected by any SCPs. That is he can look at SCP-096's face without any consequences. Even making friends with it. He can play with SCP-053 without any psychological problems.
SCP-xxxx can also break eye contact with SCP-173 without getting killed.
SCP-xxxx is also not affected by any good effects of SCPs either. He does not register feeling euphoric when touching or playing with SCP-999, although he does acknowledge that it is cute and he does feel happy about playing with it. But the happiness can be related to being happy after playing with you dog. Not the not normal unexplained euphoria one feels after being in contact with SCP-999. He would also not get any pizza from SCP-458 if he was to open it.
Discovery: SCP-xxxx was discovered after foundation agents were cleaning up after an incident involving SCP-682.
The agents were returning after administering the anaesthetics to the bystanders, when SCP-xxxx came up to them and started asking questions seemingly unaffected by the anaesthetics. He was promptly escorted to site-19 without any resistance saying that as long as there is a roof over his head, he will go with anyone.
Test A - 14th March 2020
Subject: Behaviour of SCP-096 towards subject.
SCP-xxxx was introduced to 096. SCP-xxxx looked at 096's eyes to which 096 did nothing. After some time 096 and SCP-xxxx seem to be having a conversation.
Results: All tested hostile SCPs are neutral if not friendly towards the subject. With the subject being able to communicate with SCPs with autonomous SCPs.
Analysis:subject seems to be unaffected by the effects of any SCP. With hostile SCPs being either neutral or friendly towards subject. Subject is also capable of communication with any autonomous SCP.
Additional information.
After some research into SCP-xxxx's background it was found that he was a homeless orphan.
