Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4141 is located in the middle of a cylindrical metal chamber at an offshore enclosure near Site ██.
SCP-4141 is to be placed inside a small soundproof metal tresor. Said tresor is welded onto the floor.

A mute or heavily speech impaired C-Class personnel must be stationed inside of SCP-4141 chamber at all times. Said individual is to be monitored at all times for signs of sleepiness or loss of consciousness.
A variety of approved books, handheld games and magazines have been provided as distraction aswell as caffeinated food and drinks.
The assigned C-Class personnel is shackled by the feet but is free to move their arms and hands.

//When changing shifts, the newly assigned C-Class mute will enter SCP-4141's chamber with new //food and drinks, then unlock the previous attendants shackels who will in turn lock the new //attendants shackles and leave SCP-4141's chamber.
Other staff assigned to SCP-4141's containment must never enter SCP-4141's chamber, unless it's invigilator has fallen unconscious.

It has been ordered by the O5-Council that additional safety measures must be met.
These include atleast 2 reserve C-Class personell that are equally mute.

The area around SCP-4141's Chamber is fenced off, by a radius of 35 meters and patroled by 12 to 15 Guards. Each guard must either be mute, speech impaired or gagged while inside the fenced area.
Three Watchtowers are stationed at the outer side of the fence, hosting snipers and security officers who are capable of telecommunication with all assigned personnel.

Any individual entering sniping range, is to terminated on the spot, except if sufficient permission is granted beforehand.

Description: SCP-4141 is a roughly 32.12cm high white cone with a radius of ca. 24.88cm.
A ca. 4.30cm wide spherical hole is present on its side. The material SCP-4141 is made out of is unknown. SCP-4141 is capable of speech, speaking in a monotone male voice of unknown resemblance.

SCP-4141 is usually iterating through four sentences, within an interval of roughly 259.54 seconds (~4.3 minutes). The four sentences, furthermore called actions, SCP-4141 repeats are:

1. "I will (verb) you"
2. "I will (verb) me"
3. "I will (verb) that"
4. "I will (verb) this (wildcard)"

• 'Verb' is the first word said by the closest living and conscious human being at the start of an iteration, henceforth called the 'speaker'. Words from humans further away than the speaker will be ignored, as well as words coming from non-organic sources or animals. The speaker will never loose their role until SCP-4141 enters the next iteration. See Test #2
• 'Wildcard' can be any word found in the dictionary. The exact word can not be known beforehand and no discernable pattern has been observed that would indicate the next wildcard word.
• 'you' refers to the speaker
• 'me' refers to SCP-4141
• 'that' refers to the closest solid non-organic object
• 'this' refers to the closest intance of what the said 'wildcard'.

SCP-4141 will carry the exclaimed action out immideatly after saying it,
So far, SCP-4141 has been able to execute every action it stated, showing reality warping capabilities and knowledge that would indicate omnipotence and omniscience.
All actions were executed, even when the composition of (verb) and (noun) are seemingly non-sensical or impossible. See Test #3
Tests on wildcard actions are generally forbidden by the O5-council, due it's extreme risks.

Against expectations, SCP-4141 broke it's own cycle and used a wildcard action instead of a that-action as documented in Test #6. Following this, tests on SCP-4141 have been deemed to dangerous and unpredictable to continue, thus beeing discontinued permanently.

Test Logs #1 - Capability Check

Speaker: Dr. Steiner will direct SCP-4141's actions on iterations ending with 'that' and is replaced by a mute on any other iteration

Test #1

Preperations: SCP-4141 is placed on the ground. A small wooden marionette is placed at its side. Any (wildcard) words must be recorded for research on pattern recognition.
Action: 'I will animate that'
Result: The concrete ground started to move slightly similar to a 4 magnitude earthquake. Shaking stopped with the start of the next Iteration. Personel was left unharmed. Various alarms went off but were marked as false in time.

Notes: Testing room needs to be mortared. In the future, place test objects below SCP-4141.

Test #2

Preperations: A marionette is laid on a wooden table. SCP-4141 is balanced on top of that marionette
Action: 'I will animate that'
Result: After SCP-4141 has been removed from the marionette, it started to twitch frantically but calmed down after a few seconds. The marionette, still lying on the ground, slowly raised its feet in the air and waved them around.
This continued for a minute until Dr. Steiner held the marionette up by its head, so that it stands up straight. It twitched frantically while being held up.
After letting go, the marionette slumbed over on its head and torse. It tried to resume into the previous position by moving its head and legs, and continued to wave its legs around, until SCP-4141 started with the next Iteration.

Notes: The marionette never used its arms, even when twitching. It's behaivor is reminiscent to that of a snail

It would have been interesting to know if SCP-4141 would have said that, even if I didn't have a pen on me, and if so, how it would act upon somethinnot existing.

Test 3

Preperations: Same setup as before, however the marionette has first been shot at with radioactive gamma rays and then soaked in water.

Action: 'I will duplicate that'

Result: Right after finishing the sentence, a second marionette manifested on top of SCP-4141. The newly created marionette was wet. Lab Testing showed equal radiation exposure values (in mSv) between both marionettes.
