Special Containment Procedures: Current procedures are to secure SCP-4153-J within a standard containment locker, modified with soundproofing. The object is currently contained at Site 15. Tests are considered impossible, as anyone hearing the audio, during the time the audio is active, or from a recording, will follow the commands to near perfection. Access to the locker SCP-4153 is contained within is not to be given under any circumstances.

Description: SCP-4153- is an audio recording of the standard Fitness-Gram Pacer Test audio loop, contained on a CD-ROM, situated within a Jensen CD-545 Portable Stereo Player. SCP-4153-J was discovered in █████████ Texas, on ██-██-2008, when the local middle school did the standard Fitness-Gram athletic standards test required by state law. When the pacer test was started, all civilians, across the school campus who heard the audio were reported to have done what the audio commanded them to complete. Roughly 150 students and 40 members of staff at the school immediately started to attempt the exercises within the audio, stating afterward during foundation interviews that they seemed to have no control over their bodies, and that they accomplished the tasks given, or collapsed due to exertion, and exhaustion. Mass use of class A amnestics were applied to all witnesses on school grounds. The CD-ROM containing the audio loop is irremovable from the stereo player, and the use of any button starts the audio loop. (Refer to incident report 4153-J-A)

Incident Report 4153-J-A: After SCP-4153-J was contained, an attempt was made to remove the CD-ROM contained within the stereo player, which failed. When personnel attempted to remove the CD, by pressing the ‘eject’ button, the audio started playing, catching 15 nearby foundation personnel off guard. After the event, another attempt was made to pry the cover piece and remove the CD by hand, which snapped the crowbar used for the attempt

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4358 is to be contained within a standard humanoid containment cell at Site-##. Human contact with SCP-4358 is to be kept to an absolute minimum, with only Security Clearance Level 4 Personnel and above being allowed contact with SCP-4358, and only with O5 support toward testing purposes.

Description: SCP-4358 is a humanoid entity, with an unknown height, or appearance, as the appearance and all characteristics change upon observation. SCP-4358 has the apparent ability to shift into a near mirror version of any person that the entity sees within its sightlines and has an apparent ability to copy the memories, and personality traits of a person to near-perfect accuracy. The deviation in the ability to copy traits and memories is visualized when it is revealed that SCP-4358 will use the appearance of that person to do any assorted goals the entity may have, regardless of the original person's morals, or desires. SCP-4358 will use this body to do anything achievable by its capabilities, all actions having the seeming desire to harm all in its sight, being the only goal of SCP-4358. SCP-4358 has no obvious reasons as to why it follows these goals, other than causing chaos at every available chance. SCP-4358 also has proven itself as charismatic, when the identity it has stolen allows it.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4846 is to be contained within a 15m x 15m x 2.5m concrete room, at Site ##. There is to be a connected room containing a single bed, four bookshelves, a wooden desk, and a lamp. This room is to be used by SCP-4846-1 as sleeping quarters and personal workspace.

Description: SCP-4846 is a enlarged cloth and string loom, measuring ##m x ##m x ##m. The loom is entirely constructed of oak and bronze. Strings on the loom represent people, with the string representing the mortality of any given individual. SCP-4846-1 is a caucasian male in his late 50’s, standing at 5’8”

Incident Log 4846-1: During an incident where multiple strings on the loom were cut, multiple agents, D-class, and Scientists died of seemingly random means, with no obvious link applicable.
