Meatball

Character Profiles
Zdravko Częstowoj First Response Specialist - A man of Belarusian decent in his forties, carries a reputation as a no-nonsense commander of a secretive and exclusive MTF group.
In reality Zdravko, while being a qualified commander, has requested the job of leading small teams of agents into dangerous intel-gathering situations concerning anomalous locations and entities. To stay alive in the work he knows to be exceedingly dangerous. He is insanely prepared and cautious, carrying with him dozens of information-gathering instruments like thermometers, barometers, hune-level detectors, as well as a variety of weapons and trinkets like motion detectors and claymore mines. When it seems that he cannot gather more information without putting himself in mortal danger he often attempts to flee and use his intel to recommend a MTF team, or help construct containment methods.
Zdravko becomes very quickly attatched to people, and takes every death of a friend as the death of a close family member, therefor he has chosen to work with people who he will most likely only ever meet once, that he doesn't have to get to know at all. If he worked in a less dangerous place he'd probably live his life fine without worry, but something draws him to the missions, it's the only life he knows and he would feel lost without it.
The reputation surrounding him is maintained by the organizers of the program that has recruited the other team members, they select people from around the world who specifically have little to no social connections, and attempt to fast-track them into becoming elite MTF agents by putting them into high stress and danger situations. This program is at war with the Ethics Committee for their high death-rate, but the high capability soliders the program has aquired them has lead the 0-5 council to overrule them.

All members chosen at random from a group of active military ages 25 - 35, with little to no social connections.

Hyunmin Cho Field Agent - The military was his primary focus in life more as a result of not having anything else than any sort of active decision, that being said he is dedicated and hardworking, he believes he will be able to find friendships through his work, though he rarely takes his eyes off the task.
Hyunmin has a severe lack of initiative, and shows anxiety toward decision making, he is brave and encouraging in the field, but when forced to converse normally he is often regarded as stale or mechanical. His facade of happiness is easily seen through by most around him, but he is not aware of that, deep down he is quite apathetic, but does whatever he can to not be.
Hyunmin's exposure to the anomalous world (in the lense of excitement and intrigue the program exhibits), was a quick adaptation, as well as a will to serve his purpose at the Foundation.

Anna Johansen Field Agent - Work is work for Anna, she is a damn good employee, always has been, but Anna is not driven by her job, be it military or Foundation. Instead she takes time reading, hiking through nature and camping, most often alone. She is perfectly fine with her own thoughts, and has commented to colleagues that she has so much to think about by herself that she’s often overwhelmed when spending too much time with others.
When being pushed too far Anna has a tendency to break, she is not willing to risk her own life for her teammates, and might go into her own thoughts in extreme situations becoming distant and having trouble listening. She can be snapped out of this with proper motivation. Normally she is happy and supportive, when under stress she becomes worried and easily irritable, as well as gaining a slight distrust of authority.
She has feigned wonder at the anomalous world, but is incredibly scared of it even through the programs rose-coloured lens, Anna hopes to adjust quickly, she will not.

Anita Martín Field Agent (Perspective Character) - Spent the longest time at the Foundation second to Zdravko, being about 3 months. Focusing on getting into the US military as an attempt to escape the impoverished area she was brought up in, Anita was disconnected from her small family and community, and facing racism in the military she also felt ostracised by her peers. This has left her focused and slighty angry, not allowing anything to hold her back. She has been described as straight forward, and aggressive, as well as reckless.
Anita has taken to the Foundation very well, and has shown initiative to contribute, as well as having quickly befriended several agents and junior researchers. She has some insight into a few SCPs and knows the rumors surrounding Zdravko who she is incredibly excited to work with. She feels very accepted at the Foundation and is excited to learn more about the anomalous world, even though she knows more than the program intended from her interaction with facility personnel.
