Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in an air sealed, reinforced glass container. The temperature of SCP-XXXX’s containment cell must maintain a stable -128°C. If procedures fail to any little degree, SCP-XXXX has an immediate opportunity for containment breach. Daily Checks must be made to check for any possible equipment failure and cracks of the cell. Any personnel who attempt to adjust the conditions of SCP-XXXX’s cell will be terminated immediately, unless of approval of more than one Level 3 Researcher.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a gelatinous substance, with the consistency similar of SCP-999. The shape of SCP-XXXX resembles a cone with softened edges. Its size is quite small, measuring in 5cm in length, and 3cm in height. Tested methods to contain and immobilize SCP-XXXX proven to be too hazardous, or completely disregards SCP-XXXX’s effects. (See Test Log MOBILE for methods tested to contain SCP-XXXX).

Effects from SCP-XXXX for when it is mobilized include: Hallucinations, Paranoia, Hyperventilation, Insomnia, and Dizziness. Effects are currently unknown of how and why SCP-XXXX releases these symptoms to anyone near them, and why SCP-XXXX can only emit them when mobilized.

SCP-XXXX was found in a fallen meteorite that struck ███████ in 3/12/█. The meteorite contained a message that was engraved into the meteor in an unknown language. ███████ government agents quickly contacted the foundation, as the success retrieval of SCP-XXXX conclude with researchers classifying the object SAFE. After tests on SCP-XXXX, researchers were surprised by SCP-XXXX’s effects, as for when it was retrieved, SCP-XXXX remained inanimate. Following a containment breach, SCP-XXXX was classified EUCLID for it’s new effects. (See Test Log XXXX for further details of SCP-XXXX’s effects.)

Test Log: MOBILE - 6/24/█ **
Test-XXXX-01
-
SUBJECT:** SCP-XXXX is placed in a airtight containment cell.
-RESULTS: Nearby personnel within 1.7 meters of the containment cell recieved mild effects from SCP-XXXX.
-RATING: 8/10. Researchers recommend this method to be used.

Test-XXXX-02
-SUBJECT: SCP-XXXX is placed in a sphere made from steel, with a circumference of around 300~. Thickness of the sphere is measured in to be 20cm. SCP-XXXX is contained in the sphere.
-RESULTS: SCP-XXXX breached containment immediately when no attention was paid towards it; causing multiple MTF teams to be sent to track down SCP-XXXX.
-RATING: 0/10. Containment was Breached.

Test-XXXX-03
-SUBJECT: SCP-XXXX is to be frozen in a temperature controlled containment cell with the dimensions of 5m x 5m x 5m. Temperatures were chosen to be 0°C, -50°C, and -150°C.
-RESULTS: SCP-XXXX put to the cold temperature lessened it’s effects immediately; as SCP-XXXX begins to become misshaped and the effects caused by SCP-XXXX to decrease the range of which it is recieved to 5cm.
-RATING: 9.8/10. Researchers recommend. Though it requires a lot of energy and daily equipment checks.

Test Log: MOBILE Concluded

Dr.█████ and Dr. █████ have concluded their results, and has selected a frozen air sealed containment cell to be issued to SCP-XXXX.

Test Log XXXX - 3/20/█

Test #1
SUBJECT: Multiple D-Classed personnel is put in a containment cell exposed to SCP-XXXX.
RESULTS: D-████-a reported symptoms of Hallucinations and dizziness, and D-████-b reported symtoms of Hallucinations and Paranoia.
CONCLUSION: SCP-XXXX’s affects the D-Class personnel’s mental state. Further testing is required.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Subject D-████-b reported seeing a feline with green hairs. D-███-b described the creature to have a misshaped smile and giant pupils.

Test #2
SUBJECT: A single D-Class subject is placed into SCP-XXXX’s containment cell.
RESULTS: D-███-c collapsed due to unknown reasoms after 3 minutes and 42 seconds of exposure to SCP-XXXX. Test #2 was lifted, and continous testing was canceled.
CONCLUSION: D-███-c is declared deceased after D-███-c’s encounter with SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is classified: Euclid.

TEST LOG XXXX HAS ENDED.
SCP-XXXX is to be no longer tested and experimented with. Containment procedures must be made to secure SCP-XXXX.

Addendum: After countless requests for containment engineers after a constant disorder and disruption in radiowaves and signals; Site [DATA EXPUNGED] underwent testing. Researchers found ultrasonic wave signals emitting from SCP-XXXX’s containment cell. The signals were then translated into the message: “He would rise soon.” Speculations on this message is still unclear, and any other emissions from SCP-XXXX’s containment cell has ceased.
