Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5751 is to be contained in a three-meter by three-meter by three-meter room, surrounded by three meter thick concrete walls and flooring. The virus must be isolated, to be the only file on each computer's storage system, with no operating system for the computer to boot. If the computer is required to be turned on with an operating system, it is to be with a USB 2.0 flash drive. After use, the flash drive is to be destroyed, and must not under any circumstances be used on external devices. Ethernet ports on the computer are to be deliberately destroyed. Electronic signals of any form are not to be in the range of SCP-5751's containment area of up to 20 meters. Two armed guards without any form of electronic communication are to patrol the perimeter of SCP-5751. Guards are to be rotated at 12-hour intervals. After each guard's patrol, they are to be administered with a Class-B amnestic.

Description: SCP-5751 is a computer virus electronic entity, with an anomalous trait to understand any living being's negative traits, and what the living entity is most insecure about itself. SCP-5751 can easily spread through computer networks electricity, manifesting itself onto computer screens into any electronic device that has the capability of producing sounds, emitting text, or displaying visuals.

SCP-5751 is seemingly all knowing of every conceivable form of communication. When SCP-5751 was first discovered by the Foundation, it was found on a computer in a family's home, in a rural area
near ███████████████, using a language only used by the family's native of the local area, upon closer inspection, the computer recognized the presence of Foundation staff, and proceeded . SCP-5751's source code was found on an abandoned laptop inside of a makeshift shelter. Footprints and tyre marks have lead away from a cellular tower, owned by company ███████.

It is unknown whether or not if the effect of hearing the barbarous actions that SCP-5751 carries out causes unease is anomalous. It would be understandable to feel a sense of sorrow or empathy towards the victims due to the terrorizing nature of SCP-5751's words. However, people that have been deemed near-dead emotionally by professional psychologists have felt senses of anger, and disbelief upon hearing the things that SCP-5751 has said and done. Due to this seemingly anomalous trait, and the heavy psychological impact that it has had, the Foundation has heavily restricted any information even slightly referring to SCP-5751.

Rare instances of exposure to SCP-5751's actions have made victims violent, whether this is anger from the insulting comments, or a reaction from fear, is unknown. This has made SCP-5751 a worldwide threat, as SCP-5751 understands every single entity's weakness and exploits it to the point of exploiting the victims to the point of death. SCP-5751 has in a few instances, exposed confidential documents inside of the Foundation, including documents of extremely sensitive SCPs.
