Special Containment Procedures: Containment of SCP-XXXX is unnecessary, as it is self containing, and attempted containment would violate the Synergy Agreement. As stated in the Synergy Agreement, the Foundation will provide SCP-XXXX with D-class personnel, amnestics and other requested resources. In return, SCP-XXXX provides the foundation with assistence in containing anomalous objects, entities or phenomena that would otherwise be difficult to contain using traditional1 methods. A total of █ Facilities have been embedded into Foundation owned property. Additionally, a total of █ Foundation owned sites have been embedded into Zone-A through C.
In accordance with the Synergy Agreement, personnel of SCP-XXXX are not to be contained and/or assigned an SCP designation, containment class or secondary class. SCP-XXXX personnel are allowed to follow a lifestyle identical to regular people, however, in accordance with the Synergy Agreement, must not use their reality bending capabilities when outside the bounds of SCP-XXXX and/or Foundation owned property. Violators will be terminated from their position as an SCP-XXXX employee, contained and given an SCP designation. In the case of an emergency, SCP-XXXX personnel will be allowed to utilize their capabilities outside of SCP-XXXX or Foundation property, and all witnesses will be administered Class-A amnestics.
The Synergy Agreement must not be violated for any reason. Violation/attempted violation of the Synergy Agreement will be met with disciplinary action, demotion and/or termination. As stated by SCP-XXXX, violation of the Synergy Agreement will not be disregarded, and action will be taken against the Foundation. Due to the presence of SCP-XXXX Facilities embedded within Foundation owned sites, SCP-XXXX has access to confidential documents, and might be stolen and/or copied in the event of a Synergy Agreement violation.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an anomalous organization referred to as the Anomaly Suppression Foundation (AS Foundation). As of 20██, SCP-XXXX owns 1█ Zones, with a total of ███ Facilities, and currently contains ███ anomalies. SCP-XXXX is currently under a contract with the Foundation, referred to as the Synergy Agreement (see Special Containment Procedures). Summarized, the Synergy Agreement details terms and conditions for SCP-XXXX to co-operate with the Foundation. Notably, SCP-XXXX only employs Class-I through IV reality benders. Employees of SCP-XXXX use their capabilities for suppression, experimentation, utilization and termination of anomalies. The current entity in charge of the entirety of SCP-XXXX is a Class-V reality bender, identified as ██ year old [REDACTED].
SCP-XXXX consists of 3 physical components, referred to as Zones, Facilities and Stations. These components are essential for SCP-XXXX to function. Zones are the designation used for areas that contain SCP-XXXX Facilities, and are the largest component. Zones usually contain between █ and ██ Facilities, with the largest Zone, Zone-A, containing as many as ██ Facilities. Zones, along with their contents, are usually located in remote areas, but can sometimes be found closer to civilization, using anomalous means to disguise as something else. Zone-A is additionally the most important Zone.
Facilities are large buildings located within Zones. Their primary purpose is to contain suppressed anomalies. These are the most widespread component. Each Facility usually contains ███ employees, and never contain more than █ anomalies. During an emergency, Facilities will be evacuated, with Class-III and/or Class-IV employees/reality benders being deployed. Additionally, Foundation emergency services will be deployed upon request. Currently, Facility-01-A is the largest Facility, and suppresses the most dangerous anomaly in SCP-XXXX custody.
Stations are the central component of Zones. Each Zone has exactly one Station, as Zones wont function without a Station. Stations mainly serve as the management of Zones. Personnel within stations are almost exclusively Class-III and/or Class-IV. Stations contain most of the documents regarding suppressed anomalies, and will send out copies to Facilities containing the specific anomalies. Additionally, a Station functions as a communications center for each Zone, and is used to communicate with other Zones. Station-A is currently the most important, and connects all of SCP-XXXXs Zones.
