Special Containment Procedures: Housed in Barracks of MTF Alpha-9 Blue Team as a member of the Mobile Task Force, or a small cabin 50 miles (88 km) from Site-88. Extremely obedient, will not leave restricted barrier of 100km unless ordered to do so, or is tasked with a mission with Blue Team.

Description: SCP-6031 is an individual resembling that of a 19 year old girl. She is a master marksman and gunslinger, as her farthest confirmed kill is said to be 6,031 yards (3.43 miles/5.51 km) away, hence the designation, 6031.

SCP-6031 is considered one of the many respected persons in the Security Force and Mobile Task Force, and many members of the Foundation's personnel consider her a decent role model, due to her extreme obedience and caring, respectful attitude towards squad-mates.

Main Armament:

SCP-6031 has a wide variety of weapons at her disposal, seemingly summoning them out of thin air at times. However, she prefers her primary loadout of a custom-built Anti-Material Rifle, and a .45 ACP handgun as her sidearm.

When in close quarters and other types of combat, she prefers one of three weapons:
-A submachine gun with a suppressor and holographic sight.
-A carbine with an ACOG-reflex hybrid sight, a vertical grip and an extended magazine.
-An automatic 12-gague shotgun with a compensator and mini reflex sight.

Appearance:

SCP-6031 appears to be of 19 years of age, however DNA and ancestry testing shows that her mother, Magdalene Palmer, died of old age shortly after the First World War. SCP-6031's age is yet to be determined, but she is confirmed to be of Russo-Germanic Origin. It is also entirely possible that she is one of the 400,000 orphans called "Wolf Children" of WWII, but has yet to be officially confirmed.

SCP-6031 is 5'3" (1.6 m) tall, and has medium-length dirty blonde hair. Her eyes are bright blue and apparently reflect a greenish-white glow in low-light conditions, leading facility researchers to believe that she has the ability to see well in the dark.

SCP-6031 has a relatively thin figure, however despite her weight of 87.9 lbs (39.8 kg) she has extraordinary strength, and can lift about four times her weight, able to benchlift 306 lbs (137.8 kg).

Personality

SCP-6031 is a very kind and cheerful individual, always greeting people with a warm smile. She cares deeply about her friends and always manages to cheer them up regardless of the situation. Some say that a simple hug will remedy their problem, no matter what the problem is. Due to her higher than normal body temperature, many people consider her warmth a soothing and relaxing feeling.
SCP-6031 is very smart, with an IQ estimated at 274, however she sometimes is kind of a klutz on rare occasions when she gets nervous.

Physiology:

SCP-6031 has impeccable eyesight said to rival that of any bird of prey. She is also rumored to be able to hear radio chatter and voices, so long as they are 50 yds (45m) away. Vision tests performed came back with errors, leading to believe that SCP-6031 has vision beyond 20/1 vision, something no normal human could be born with, and possibly in the negative range. When X-rays were performed on her head, it was revealed that SCP-6031's eyes were 1/3 bigger than the average adult human eye.

SCP-6031 has literal "Thick Skin" as her epidermis alone measures 3mm thick. She also has a reinforced metal skull, and plates embedded within the front and back of her ribcage. Attempts of removing the plates proved to be too risky after four attempts, each time resulting in loss of 3/4 of her blood, and the metal plates have been there long enough for nerves and arteries to grow around them.
The metal in question is believed to be a layered mix of tungsten and titanium about 1.5 inches (3.81 cm) thick, and dates back to the Mid-1950's.

SCP-6031's regenerative abilities are remarkably fast, as minor cuts completely heal and scar over in less than two hours, and deep gashes 1 inch (2.54 cm) deep completely heal in less than a day.
An experiment was once tested on SCP-6031 with consent, she was put under intense anesthesia to find out if her limbs could reconnect if cut of, which turned out to be true. The healing process took a total of three and a half days to completely heal. Her immune system is also 264% more effective than the average human male. SCP-6031 has a high body temperature of around 139° F (59.4 C.)

Other:

SCP-6031 is rumored to be a better marksman than the legendary Chief Petty Officer Chris Kyle. Unfortunately, she never got the chance to meet him, and challenge him to a one on one target practice, where all targets were one mile (1.6 km) away. There would be separate target groups, one for each competitor.
When SCP-6031 heard of CPO Chris Kyle's passing, facility personnel allowed her to attend his funeral under an alias.

Every now and then, SCP-6031 joins new MTF recruits in training, helping them sharpen their aim and giving tips during target practice, and is often seen encouraging and cheering them on.

SCP-6031 likes to listen to rock music, after her service in the Vietnam War, she took a liking to the genre. Her favorite band is AC/DC, and her favorite song is "Run Like Hell" by Pink Floyd.

SCP-6031 is one of the few entities to be allowed out of containment, since she will not kill without orders from her commanding officer, therefore she is harmless.
She enjoys competitive shooting and hunting in her spare time.

Timeline of SCP-6031's Life According to Her

August 4, 1914: SCP-6031 enlists in German army as a soldier under the disguise of a male by the name of Geoff Sonova.

November 17, 1914: SCP-6031's true gender is discovered and she is reassigned as a field medic.

November 12, 1918: SCP-6031 flees in fear of being executed by allied forces.

April 11, 1923: SCP-6031 moves to Soviet Russia in hopes of meeting her family, and learns they died in a housefire in 1913. Finds her aunt and lives with her.

June 5, 1929: Aunt dies of pneumonia, SCP-6031 moves to Moscow to find a job and start a new life.

September 3, 1939: SCP-6031 enlists in Soviet Army as a sniper in WWII.

September 6, 1945: Allied forces win the war, SCP-6031 returns home from the war.

July 29, 1948: SCP-6031 moves to America to seek a new life.

November 1, 1955: SCP-6031 enlists in United States Air Force as a copilot in the Vietnam War.

October 30, 1964: SCP-6031's F-4 Phantom was shot down near Capital city Hanoi, Vietnam, along with her pilot Richard Newman. Newman dies in crash, as his ejection seat malfunctioned. SCP-6031 finds her way to the nearest US Army base.

April 32, 1975: Allied forces win Vietnam War, SCP-6031 returns home and promises herself to not enlist anymore.

March 1, 1979: SCP-6031's age is brought up at dinner one night. Says she doesn't know her own age, but should be around 80-90 years old. Having the body of a 19 year old, it is deemed impossible, and is taken to a doctor to confirm her age. SCP Foundation contains SCP-6031. Amnestics are used on family and doctor.

March █, 1979: SCP-6031 is taken to Site-06-3, extensive research and tests are performed.

April 24, 1979: SCP-6031 is taken to Site-88 and is housed there for 2 years.

September 7, 1981: Military service records are discovered, MTF Alpha-9 offers her a position in Blue Team. SCP-6031 happily accepts the request and begins training after a 17 year clearance.

January 31, 1998: SCP-6031 begins training with Blue Team.

November 18, 1999: Blue Team lets SCP-6031 join in on a mission to recover an anomalous entity.

December 25, 2007: A cabin is built 50 miles away from Site-88 as a Christmas present.

December 27, 2007: SCP-6031 moves into her new home.
