Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4152 is to be kept within a large Room, with steel walls, no less than 220 millimeters in thickness and a floor of sand, at a minimum, of .32 meters in depth, with a large window made of bulletproof glass of the same thickness, the room should have some amount of decor on the walls. SCP-4152 is not allowed within 10 meters of on site personnel whose ethnicity are more than 1/16th German. SCP-4152 is also not allowed within 15 meters or line of site of any Keter or Euclid class objects. SCP-4152 can be safely handled by non ethnically 1/16th German personnel, carrying no anomalous objects on them. SCP-4152 is to be constantly monitored by either video feed or active surveillance via Level 2 personnel. Whether it is Active or in it's Inactive state, SCP-4152 should be regularly conversed with idle chatter or some kind of soothing music. Should SCP-4152 choose to "Activate" Level 4 personnel must be notified, and SCP-4152 should not be provoked in any manner, this includes but is not limited to : speaking German, taunts, excessively loud noises, mentions of "The Enemy," any phrase that could be mistaken as the words Kursk, Stalingrad, or Berlin, or any other phrase/gesture that could be considered rude.
Description: SCP-4152 appears to be a 1/35th scale Kliment Voroshilov-2, model tank, painted in "Tamiya Russian Green," clad in chipped "Winter" camouflage, with phrases translated from Russian as "Kirov," on the right side, and "For Stalin," on the Left. SCP-4152 is approximately 19 centimeters in length, 10 centimeters in width, and 9.5 centimeters in height with the hatch closed. In the "Inactive," state SCP-4152 weighs no more than 294 grams and exhibits no extraordinary features other than immensely fine detail. When in the "Active," state SCP-4152 exhibits all the properties of an actual Kliment Voroshilov-2 tank, weighing 57.9 tonnes, and moving at a speed of 25 scale Kilometers per Hour, however it maintains it's size, remaining 1/35th scale. In the "Active" state SCP-4152 will traverse its environment in an effort to locate and destroy it's trigger, or anything that it perceives as an "Enemy." SCP-4152 has an operational main cannon which fires a scale high explosive projectile, whose explosive radius and energy is identical to the performance of the full scale projectile. The largest explosion created by SCP-4152 measures 13 meters in diameter and has the explosive power equivalent to 495 kilograms on TNT. SCP-4152 will activate at random during the months of [DATA EXPUNGE] being most active during winter months. When Activated by it's own guidance it will traverse the containment area in search of any perceivable enemy or to simply explore.
Discovery: SCP-4152 was discovered on █/██/20██, in the home of SCP personnel, Dr.████████. The incident occurred when Dr.████████'s ethnically German spouse came home to view the model after Dr.████████ purchased it from a local antique shop. SCP-4152 reportedly became "Active" and the shelf it was placed on immediately collapsed. Dr.████████ reported that the hardwood floor had splintered before SCP-4152 had driven into the doorway and fired a high explosive shell into the ceiling. SCP-4152 could not be stopped by conventional means of fire and its target had to be escorted to a range of over 1.2 kilometers, it is noted by Dr. Hamm that this is the maximum range of the actual Kliment Voroshilov-2's main gun. SCP-4152 was retrieved by personnel, noting miniaturized impact marks created as if it was shot by scale gunfire. SCP-4152 was moved to site[DATA EXPUNGED] where its various activation and deactivation methods were tried. It is not known if there are multiple model tanks with the same properties as SCP-4152.
Addendum 4152.1: Activation Tests
SCP-4152's triggers were tested on ██/██/20██. SCP-4152 was placed in a flat remote area of [DATA EXPUNGED] and a D-Class personnel were stood infront of it reading phrases, and doing gestures infront of SCP-4152. Specially selected German D-Class personnel were chosen for some of the tests and after █ months of testing it was found that being ethnically German was indeed a trigger. 27 D-class personnel were lost before learning all of SCP-4152's triggers.
Addendum 4152.2: Accidental Activation
SCP-4152 was being transported by level 4 personnel through site [DATA EXPUNGED] when it suddenly activated dropping to the floor and bringing Researcher Dr.████ with it, crushing his hands almost immediately. SCP-4152 drove off of Dr.████'s hand and drove down the hallway and began firing at SCP-682's container. This resulted in a successful escape of SCP-682, who crawled to the recreational room faster than SCP-4152 could traverse it's turret. Dr.██████, Prof.█████, and Dr. O'Connor were assaulted by SCP-682. A Mobile Task Force responded to the situation conducted the illicit response for the containment breech. The Task Force was also aided by SCP-4152 when it had driven under one of the Task Force members and fired it's high explosive cannon, incapacitating SCP-682. It is theorized that SCP-4152 can by guided by sounds of gunfire and or kinds of militarized speech, and it's reason for deactivation at the end of the incident was caused by it's perception that SCP-682 was "dead." It is well within the realm of possibility that under the correct guidance a further testing, SCP-4152 could become used as a safe-guard in it's current site or other sites in the far future. For now SCP-4152 can be put in range of a Keter class SCP as a last resort, with the authorization of Level 4 Personnel.
Addendum 4152.3: Random Activation
It was first discovered on ██/██/20██ that SCP-4152 self activates occasionally. SCP-4152's original container was a small 2x2x2 decimeter steel, soundproof box 170mm in thickness. SCP-4152 had little resistance in escaping containment when it fired the second most powerful explosion whose explosive power is unknown. 2 D-Class Personnel were injured in the collateral damage, as a Task Force had been escorting them at the time. SCP-4152 began exploring the facility, often stopping to "Look," at personnel via it's main gun then continuing it's exploration leaving personnel unharmed. SCP-4152 did this for several hours "Looking," at door signs, more confused and frightened personnel, staircases, elevators, safe class SCP containment chambers, recreational room appliances, and even "waving," at SCP-999 via rapidly traversing the turret left and right, before continuing down another hallway, and finally deactivating. It's now a common theory that SCP-4152 may be sentient and can get "bored," since then the containment procedure for SCP-4152 now includes a much larger room with wall decor and a viewing window as to give no reason for SCP-4152 to attempt to escape, should SCP-4152 decide to reactivate.
