Unit #04-34.

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: The apartment unit containing SCP-XXXX has been cordoned off under the pretense of renovation works and is to be sanitized twice daily for hygiene maintenance. Remains of SCP-XXXX instances are assumed neutralized, and should be incinerated.

Description: SCP-XXXX is the collective designation for 32 household and office items that are undergoing an unusually accelerated rate of decomposition. This phenomenon is localized within unit #04-34 of the Sakura Apartments in Kobe, Japan. Decomposition continues until the instances are converted into their non-anomalous constituent elements.

SCP-XXXX was discovered after complaints by neighbors were issued about a foul odor originating from the unit, prompting forced entry by local law enforcement. Due to the abnormal rate of decomposition, agents were deployed and amnesticization protocols were enforced.

Following the containment of the unit, Foundation researchers cataloged each SCP-XXXX instance. A compiled item log can be found below.

PoI-XXXX arrived at the Rome-Fiumicino International Airport. He proceeded to use the local transport system to travel to the Colosseum and took pictures. PoI-XXXX patronized a local restaurant and ordered a dish of Alesso di Bollito5.

Unaware of a chair leg obstructing the way, the waitress serving the dish tripped and spilled the broth onto PoI-XXXX's pants. The waitress quickly apologized and bowed repeatedly towards PoI-XXXX, who did not respond. She then hurried to the kitchen, while PoI-XXXX wiped his pants with a napkin.

PoI-XXXX walked to a train station and boarded a direct train to Venice. Upon arrival, PoI-XXXX checked in to a guest inn. 1 hour after, he exited the inn and boarded a gondola, taking pictures around the city outskirts. He thanked the rower before returning to the inn.
