Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3508 is to be held in a standard containment unit modified to constantly be spraying bug spray. SCP-3508 is to be contained with powerful bug spray, lots and lots of bug spray. All flies attracted by SCP-3508 should be killed on site by any means. All staff are required to carry fly swatters, bug spray, and wear an oxygen mask when onsite for their own safety. Any fly eating plants or fly eating insects found that appear enlarged due to the influx of flies to the site should be reported and destroyed.
Description: SCP-3508 is the rotting corpse of [Redacted]. SCP-3508 attracts flies at usually high rates with some estimates being around tens of millions of flies in a single day. The mere quantity of the flies can and has caused harm to the staff and facility in the past despite none indiviully showing anomalous effects. But SCP-3508 properties particularly can include attracting any and all fly-like SCPs including SCP-3063. The large quantity of flies that approach the site housing SCP-3508 causes any fly eating plant or insect to grow from the large influx of food. This anomalous property have been documented to continue indefinitely and has caused danger to staff personal in the past.
