Item #: SCP-4086

Object Class: -Euclid- Safe

Special Containment Procedures: While the Foundation cannot physically contain SCP-4086, due to it's nature the Foundation has come to the conclusion that it is perfectly safe to allow SCP-4086 to continue on it's current course of commenting on videos on YouTube.com as long as the foundation is aware of the entity's activity, which is to be monitored at all times by any member of staff with Level 3 clearance or above. If any dangerous, illegal, or unexplainable activity is carried out by SCP-4086 then the Foundation is to contact YouTube CEO █████ ████████ to have SCP-4086 terminated.

Description: SCP-4086 is an online account on YouTube.com by the name of Justin Y, which has been found to have been created on the website on the 20th August 2012, it has been noted by other users on the website that SCP-4086 has the apparent ability to be able to comment on a multitude of videos per day and gain the "Top Comment" (which is a system whereupon users vote on which comment they like the most in order to get a comment to be seen by more people) multiple times. SCP-4086 is often recognised by it's "Profile Picture" which is a traditional cartoon depiction of a ninja throwing multiple Japanese shuriken and describes itself as "The personification of plain, steamed, white jasmine rice." what is meant by this is currently unknown and any attempts to question SCP-4086 on this remark have met with no results.

The Foundation has made several attempts to find anyone who is in control of SCP-4086 to no avail, SCP-4086 has placed it's own origin on the continent of Antarctica however after a thorough investigation into this claim and ██ interrogations of Antarctic researchers, it has been recognised that this claim is likely a joke made by SCP-4086 to hide it's true whereabouts if it is a physical entity. It is theorised by many within and outside of the Foundation that SCP-4086 may not even be human at all, and instead may be an artifical intelligence, however there is no evidence to fully support or dismiss this theory as there are no traces of any artificial intelligence controlling SCP-4086.

SCP-4086 has proven itself to be sentient, as it will reply to any comments itself or other users makes with a sarcastic or witty remark, and in SCP-4086's channel description it has links other websites to which it claims it has an account on. Despite uploading no videos to YouTube.com, SCP-4086 has gained as of ██/██/██ over 169'220 subscribers which the entity has gained due to it's fame on the website.

Addendum: 1
It has been noted that a common reponse made by anyone viewing SCP-4086's comments is "Wow, that comment is so bad it was kinda decent" which, while harmless, may indicate that SCP-4086 has telepathic or manipulative properties, further testing on this is to be carried out.

Addendum: 2
After research into other websites and accounts associated with SCP-4086, it was found that users on Reddit have previously asked SCP-4086 who/what it is, SCP-4086 claims to be a single man who uses older versions of YouTube to find videos which are popular (as well as having notifications on multiple "YouTubers") and commenting jokes or comments which relate to the topic of the video, however this is not fully confirmed by the foundation and is suspected not to be true due to the lack of ability to find the person/being/software behind SCP-4086.
