Hell's Taxi:
-A yellow taxi with flaming wheels(flames activate upon activation of vehicle) with a license plate that says "6664LYF"
-The taxi belongs to a humanoid skeleton wearing a business suit and a top-hat covered in locust wings.
-The taxi is capable of accessing a dimension that resembles the stereotypical Underworld of Greek Myths.
-Time moves differently in this dimension (i.e. 1 hour in the dimension = 5 minutes real time)
-The humanoid was "Charon's substitute" for when Charon was unable to ferry souls across the River Styx.
-The humanoid got tired of the lack of respect, so he struck out to do his own thing, leaving business cards in cities, advertising a professional taxi service.
-The Foundation decided to test his anomalous powers, and after rigorous testing with D-class, are either going to be considering offering or offering him a 'job'. He would act as a ferryman for important individuals, if said individuals are needed in case of an emergency. In exchange, he would be allowed to request items for his services, if they are reasonable.
-His current containment cell has a built in garage for the sake of maintaining his vehicle, as attempts at maintenance by others have resulted in incineration.
