SCP-6108 - The word on the street
Object class - Euclid
Containment - 24/7 monitoring - no one except SCP personnel allowed in a 10-yard radius
Info:
SCP-5501 is a typical asphalt road but when a question is asked around it, it will answer with a word written in chalk after getting the attention of the person by a tap on the foot. (no one really knows how it does that, but most test subjects felt a tap)
Discovered at [REDACTED] in ██/██/20██, but it has a vast knowledge of past occurrences, deeming it to be much older.
It doesn't seem capable of physical damage, but with the foot-tapping instances, it seems to have some capability to do harm.
Testing ONLY to be done with D class personnel with higher rank observers.
Edit - after testing, it seems you can carry out a full conversation with the SCP.
Scientists infer that if we were to break the road (weather by construction equipment, explosives or another SCP) it would just relocate itself.
Test Log
5501-1 Question asked - what’s heavier? A ton of bricks, or a ton of feathers? The subject felt a tap and got the answer, “They're the same, what? You think I’m dumb?”
5501-2 Question asked - what is the meaning of life? - response - not this question again… and proceed to ignore any other questions for 24 hours. Seems to have been used in the past by an unknown entity.
