Item #: SCP-4XXX
Object Class: Thaumiel (formerly Euclid)
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4XXX is allowed to roam around Site-19, but is not authorized to leave. A standard GPS implant with a failsafe detonation feature is located within SCP-4XXX’s neck. During a "Phantom Event", SCP-4XXX is to be locked in a dedicated 4m x 4m x 4m containment cell surrounded by 15 centimeters of solid concrete and to be observed through surveillance equipment. No peanuts or food containing peanuts are to be served to SCP-4XXX.
SCP-4XXX is to, in a biweekly basis, spend at least 15 minutes conversing with sapient SCP's at Site-19. SCP-4XXX is to be escorted by at least two security staff at all times when entering another SCP's containment. In case of a "Phantom Event" while inside the containment of another SCP, lethal force is authorized.
Description: SCP-4XXX is a Caucasian human male approximately 16-18 years old, sporting dark red hair, and is 1.6 meters tall. SCP-4XXX claims its name is ██████ █████████, and that it is 16 years old. No such name has been traced back to SCP-4XXX after a thorough search of public records. SCP-4XXX appears to be fully trained in hand-to-hand combat, and seems completely unaffected by any memetic properties displayed by other SCP’s. The presence of SCP-4XXX gives a very strong feeling of unease to anybody within a 50-meter radius of SCP-4XXX, but SCP-4XXX’s presence is described by sapient SCP's as having a very pleasant calming feeling. SCP-4XXX has also been seen to bend metal using some sort of psychokinesis. When questioned about this, SCP-4XXX states that he was born with this ability.
SCP-4XXX has been authorized by O5-█ to wander freely throughout Site-19 after showing itself capable of escaping all standard containment given, usually found inspecting and taking notes of the types of containment used by Site-19 immediately after containment breach. SCP-4XXX has been instructed to lock itself in a dedicated 4m x 4m x 4m containment cell surrounded by 15 centimeters of solid concrete in case of a “Phantom Event”, as seen during Incident 4XXX-A. During a “Phantom Event”, SCP-4XXX-B appears in front of SCP-4XXX, at which point SCP-4XXX will show extreme distress. At this point, SCP-4XXX-B will reach inside the abdomen of SCP-4XXX and remove an unidentified glowing object. During biopsy, no such glowing object has been found. SCP-4XXX-B will then proceed to disappear and for SCP-4XXX to fly into a blind rage that may last up to 10 minutes. SCP-4XXX-B is seen as a white entity that has no noticeable facial features. SCP-4XXX-B can be caught on electronic recording means but seems to be invisible to staff standing nearby.
Incident 4XXX-A: On June ███, 2017 at 10:23 while walking through Sector █, SCP-4XXX suddenly collapses and starts vomiting blood, yelling for SCP-4196-B to leave. While this entity is caught on security footage, staff seemed oblivious to its existence. SCP-4XXX-B proceeds to remove a glowing object from SCP-4XXX's chest cavity. Security staff begin trying to assist SCP-4XXX just as SCP-4XXX begins showing superhuman strength. SCP-4XXX then proceeds to kill 7 security staff and 27 D-class personnel. While being hit multiple times with security gunfire, SCP-4XXX continued its rampage, causing 2 Euclid-level containment breaches and 1 Keter-level containment breach and finally ceasing all violent activity at 10:29, when it is found bleeding profusely from its wounds and crying. While medical staff attempted to stop its bleeding, SCP-4XXX refused assistance and proceeded to singlehandedly secure the 3 breaches it had caused prior. While this event was submitted to the O5 council for the process of rewarding of a Foundation Star to SCP-4XXX, it was rejected, as SCP-4XXX was who had caused the breach in the first place. SCP-4XXX was recovered in a critical condition, and with a large slice leading into the chest cavity not caused by security staff, but was released from medical protection three days later.
Incident 4XXX-B: A power failure within one of Site-19’s nuclear reactors on ██████, 2018 caused the containment breach of 5 sapient SCP’s. SCP-4196, with the assistance of Mobile Task Force Alpha-9 (“Last Hope”), were successful in containing all 5 without a single fatality, 3 of which came willingly after SCP-4196 reasoned with them. The remaining 2 SCP's were forcefully bound under bent steel I-beams. SCP-4196’s integration into MTF Alpha-9 was requested after this incident. This request is currently pending with the O5 council.
Incident 4XXX-C: On ██████, 2018, at 15:06, SCP-4196 suffered a "Phantom Event", but was able to lock itself in its dedicated containment cell before onset of violent outbursts. Surveillance of the cell showed that SCP-4XXX's ability to bend metal is severely impaired during a "Phantom Event". SCP-4196 showed extreme anger over being locked in its containment cell, and proceeded to punch and kick the walls at full force. "Phantom Event" continued until 15:17, when SCP-4XXX crumpled to the floor. Medical staff were promptly available for assistance. SCP-4XXX was later shown to have multiple compound fractures and ruptured internal organs, regardless of SCP-4XXX being fully conscious and showing few signs of pain. Later inspection of SCP-4XXX's dedicated containment unit showed cracks and holes in the locations where SCP-4XXX had stricken, though it was not able to breach containment.
Addendum 4XXX/1: A small dose of an anti-memetic agent extracted from SCP-███ has shown to reduce the severity of or even to completely counteract a “Phantom Event”. A request allowing SCP-4196 to carry this agent is currently pending.
Addendum 4XXX/2: When interrogated about SCP-4XXX-B, SCP-4XXX states, “I don’t know why it comes, when it comes, or where it comes from”. SCP-4XXX also states that it can see what is occurring during a "Phantom Event", but is unable to control its body.
Addendum 4XXX/3: SCP-4XXX has been shown to have a slight peanut allergy. The consumption of peanuts causes the instant appearance of SCP-4XXX, though it does not trigger a “Phantom Event”. SCP-4XXX nonetheless shows extreme distress over SCP-4XXX-B’s appearance.
