Protocol Albatross-4 is the official designation of Amida-class Threat Neutralization Contingency 25-Delta, to be enacted in the event of failure of Protocol Albatross-3 to contain or neutralize an Amida-class threat capable of causing an XK-class event, or by vote per the O5 Council. Nine affirmative votes are required to enact Protocol Albatross-4. Due to the sensitive nature of the information contained, this report lists six contingencies, only one of which is Protocol Albatross-4.

1. There is no Protocol Albatross-4. Officially speaking, personnel with Level 4 clearance or lower are informed that there is no Protocol Albatross-4. Protocol Albatross-3 is the absolute last line of defense against an Amida-class threat capable of causing an XK-class event. Should Protocol Albatross-3 be enacted and fail, humanity is doomed.
2. Protocol Albatross-4 is the simultaneous launch of every active nuclear warhead on Earth toward the affected area.
3. Protocol Albatross-4 is a coordinated attack on the affected area with multiple memetic kill agents, including visual, audio, audiovisual, tactile, and synesthetic.
4. Protocol Albatross-4 is the remote detonation of explosives located at the base of the tectonic plates nearest the affected area, submerging the entire affected continent.
5. Protocol Albatross-4 is a coordinated series of multiple deliberate containment breaches, specifically of universally-hostile entities, such as SCP-096. Entities to be released to be determined upon enactment of Protocol Albatross-4. Personnel essential for re-containment of whatever remains will be placed in cryogenic stasis until the threat is neutralized.
6. Protocol Albatross-4 is an ongoing contingency. Since 20██, 40% of human brain patterns have been recorded and uploaded to Digital Storage Satellite DSS-0-Omega ("Darkest Hour") shortly after their birth. Should Protocol Albatross-4 be enacted, the propulsion rockets on Asteroid 7K-83██-A will redirect its course towards Earth. The impact will occur within two weeks and is estimated to kill at least 80% of life on the planet. All brain patterns onboard DSS-0-Omega will continue uninterrupted.
