SCP-XXX-J

Special containment procedures: With current Foundation resources, it is not possible to contain this anomaly. Additionally, O5 council has stated that they do not see any need to do so, as it is greatly beneficial to humanity.
Description: SCP-XXX-J is a semicorporeal entity that takes the form of a disembodied human thumb. While it is capable of conducting electricity in a manner similar to a non-anomalous digit, it cannot physically interact with matter in any other way. It is believed that SCP-XXX-J has a mild mild-affecting property, as anyone who looks upon it sees it as identical to one of their own thumbs, most often the one on their dominant hand. People who have lost their thumbs or never had any in the first place claim that while it is definitely a human thumb, they cannot provide any additional details.
When SCP-XXX-J detects someone in an approximately 100-kilometer radius around it struggling to push a button on a mobile device's touchscreen, it will teleport to them and push the button. It then vanishes immediately, presumably to assist another individual.
Notably, SCP-XXX-J does not seem to have the capacity to immediately distinguish between a capacitive touchscreen versus a pressure-sensitive touchscreen, and will often attempt to push a button several times before it seemingly realizes it's error, and vanishes once again.

Scale

SCP-XXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXX is to be stored in a standard anomalous item storage locker.
Description: SCP-XXX seems to be a normal bathroom scale intended for measuring someone's weight. However, when someone presses the on button and steps upon it, it's anomalous properties manifest. SCP-XXX always displays a person's weight with the weight of any clothing or similar nonliving items subtracted from the total, as if they were completely naked. Any prosthetic limbs or similar devices attached to the user's body are weighed separately, and their weights are shown alongside the weight of the user's body.
If multiple individuals step on the scale at the same time, the scale will not display their weight until the number of people on the scale becomes one, instead displaying the phrase, "one person at a time, please."
The scale has no known limit to the weight it can measure, and is impervious to damage stemming from the weight of anyone standing on it. With that exception, it can be damaged as normal by other things.

Bunk Bed

SCP-XXX

Special containment procedures: SCP-XXX is to be contained in a standard anomalous item storage locker. SCP-XXX is not to be brought into a room containing a bed without approval from a researcher with level 3 or higher clearance.
Description: SCP-XXX is a wooden ladder (designated SCP-XXX-1) resembling the ladders often incorporated into children's bunk beds. On one side of the ladder, the text "Dr. Wondertainment's Instant Bunk Bed" has been engraved approximately 3 mm deep.
Placing the ladder vertically against the side of a bedframe that does not already possess multiple levels (SCP-XXX-2) will cause it to become attached to the frame and change its structure to match the style of the existing bedframe, although it always keeps its engraving.
Approximately two minutes after attaching the ladder to the frame, it will begin to manifest a second bunk, complete with bedding and railings(SCP-XXX-3). All new material is consistent with the style of the original single-level bedframe, and is structurally sound. Any material removed from the new portions of the structure will disintegrate when taken more than one meter away from the place it was removed from. Damaged sections will regenerate at a rate of approximately 3 CCs of material per hour.
If a child under the age of 13 sleeps in either bunk at night for at least six hours straight while the other bunk is unoccupied, a child of the same biological gender, approximate age, and ethnicity (designated SCP-XXX-4) will manifest in the previously unoccupied bunk. SCP-XXX-4 will claim that they are the original child's twin sibling (words meaning brother or sister will be used depending on gender) and that they have always existed. SCP-XXX-4 will have memories consistent with being the original child's sibling, including knowledge that nobody other than the original child could have known. Meanwhile, the original child's memory will be modified to incorporate SCP-XXX-4's existence.
SCP-XXX-4 will inevitably disappear along with SCP-XXX-3 the next time the original child sleeps in SCP-XXX-2 for at least 3 hours. At this point, SCP-XXX-1 will detach from SCP-XXX-2, and will revert to its original form. It can be reached reattached at any time.
