Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4XXX currently resides at Site ██, and due to his vast knowledge of the facility, he is able to go to any room with ease. He also does not have any current designated containment cell as he does not sleep at any time. Staff members are allowed to interact with SCP-4XXX, but they are not allowed to take any of his belongings.
Description: SCP-4XXX is a tall, human male of unknown background. He is shown to be wearing blue jeans, a brown belt, a gray t-shirt, sandals, and a long red cape. He carries a leather-wrapped book around at all times, which he wears on his belt. He refers to himself as Madison, and he becomes very agitated when he is referred to as SCP-4XXX. His teeth are all sharpened, allowing him to bite through objects with ease. He has stated that he does not need to consume anything to survive, but he will consume human blood from time to time. He can write any question in his book, and the answer will appear on the same page in place of the words he wrote for 60 seconds before the words disappear. However, he must consume varying amounts of blood beforehand for the answers to appear. He has also shown to be very protective over the book, not allowing anyone to take it at any time. He has also not shown any agitation or emotion/reaction from physical injuries. He has been shot on one occasion but was not affected. (See Addendum 4XXX-B)

Dr. █████: To begin, could you please explain why you were so hesitant to do this interview?
SCP-4XXX: Simple, I don't want to tell you or the foundation anything.
Dr. █████: And why is that?
SCP-4XXX: Well you guys haven't been the greatest to me, you tried to lock me in here and honestly, I don't appreciate that much. I can leave at any time but still…
Dr. █████: And how would you leave?
SCP-4XXX: There are about six different ways to escape the facility, but I'm not telling you any of them so don't ask. And don't worry, none of the other SCP's will find out how to escape.
Dr. █████: Well that is good, I suppose. Now, I have a set of questions I'm going to ask, and hopefully, your book will yield answers. To start, how many SCP's are still out there that we haven't found or contained?
SCP-4XXX: I don't need to look at my book to know that. Short answer: Tons. But don't feel too bad about them, more and more show up every day.
Dr. █████: (Silence for a few seconds) As you know, many SCP's cannot be destroyed and/or damaged physically. How would we go about damaging, say, SCP-498?
SCP-4XXX:* The alarm clock? Well… (Writes the question in the book, after a few moments shuts it) I would recommend you just continue what you have been doing. Please don't ask about SCP's again.
Dr. █████: What do you know about the 05 Council?
SCP-4XXX: I don't like 'em. Especially after they covered up [DATA EXPUNGED]. That's not the only secret I know about them, I know the experiment to replicate SCP-963 resulted in [DATA EXPUNGED]
Dr. █████: You cannot tell anyone of either of those events.
SCP-4XXX: Or what? You can't do anything to me.
Dr. █████: We'll take your book away.
SCP-4XXX:* Say that again and I'll [DATA EXPUNGED].
Dr. █████: (Stands up and begins to back away from SCP-4XXX) I… uh… should go…
SCP-4XXX: Oh no, I think you'll find everything you need is right here. But let me tell you a secret. (SCP-4XXX stands and grabs Dr. █████) You may have seen many strange things in your life, but you've never seen anything like me before. (SCP-4XXX moves close to Dr. █████ and [DATA EXPUNGED]).

05 Council Notice: Unfortunately, Dr. █████ was killed by SCP-4XXX, and despite attempts to detain SCP-4XXX, he still manages to escape no matter what procedure is performed. We advise all who interact with him to not mention the interview or his book as they will most likely meet the same fate as Dr. █████.
