Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be kept within a climate controlled 10x10 square foot concrete pool. The humidity within this room is to be kept at 50% and be kept at 90°C or below. The temperature is to be lowered to -20°C annually for approximately an hour or until SCP-XXXX reaches a volume of fewer than 5 kilograms.
Description: SCP is-XXXX composed of one liter of pale blue liquid of unknown chemical structure a species of unidentified protist, which posses an appearance and physical characteristic similar to liquid water.SCP-XXXX is in a state of perpetual motion. At an hourly period, its movement ceases before resuming within 20-23 minutes. It has not shown to have any form of digestive process or consume any physical matter, thus, is currently believed that SCP-XXXX somehow converts kinetic energy into biomass.[1]
