Special containment procedures: SCP-4258 is to be stored inside a steel 7x7x7 metre room. It is to be monitored 24/7 by security cameras and is to be guarded by two level 2 security personnel. If anyone is to enter SCP-4258’s containment chamber they must be class D or higher and when entering must be decontaminated, as well as being searched for any items or substances that SCP-4258 will try to interact with. They must also be equipped with a hazmat suit and must be accompanied by at least one security guard.
Description: SCP-4258 is a mass of primarily red (colours also consist of yellow, dark orange, maroon and dark pink) tubular tendrils with spherical orbs growing off them, these orbs are removable and henceforth will be referred to as SCP-4258-1.
SCP-4258 was found on the coastal shore of [REDACTED] in [REDACTED], Scotland. Process of containment and location is currently unknown as the recovery logs where subsequently terminated after the events of addendum-7A.
