Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5375-A Is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell in Containment Area 10A at Site-██. Under no circumstances may anyone bring any clocks, digital or analog, within a 15 meter radius of SCP-5375-A. SCP-5375-B is to be kept in a storage locker in Dr. Fred Hulks Office.

Description: SCP-5375-A is a caucasian male of English descent in clothes confirmed to be from the early 1800's. He has a curly black mustache and a cane with a clock engraving on it (SCP-5375-B). SCP-5375 is fairly average in all physical departments and usually relies on his anomalous properties to make up for his lack in physical strength.
SCP-5375 has the ability to stop time for as short as a second to as long as ███ years. (View Incident 5375-B-1) He also has the ability to freeze someone in a state in time. For example, he can freeze you as a baby and you would stay a baby forever making you functionally immortal until killed by another source or getting the effect reversed by SCP-5375. SCP-5375-A seems to have used this ability on himself, keeping him at the age of 29 until the end of time. Another ability he has is to move time forward a little bit. This can range from 1 zeptosecond to 1 minute. This ability, however is apparently."harder to use" according to SCP-5375-A, and he uses the ability notably less than the other two. These abilities, however only activate when a clock is within a 15 meter vicinity of both SCP-5375-A and SCP-5375-B. It has been confirmed that this works with any clock whether digital or analog. Sun dials however, are not a trigger for this effect, nor do any anomalous clock objects either.
SCP-5375-A is very intelligent and crafty to say the least. He is known to be a pathological liar, and a very skilled pickpocket, having pickpockets from Researcher Daniel Law, MTF Lambda-5 ("White Rabbits"), and Site Manger Mike Newman all while handcuffed. It is being investigated on whether this effect is anomalous or not.
History: This history is from SCP-5375-A's notebook which he gave with a little resistance. This is our interpretation of what was confided in the notebook.
SCP-5375-A's name used to be Charles ██████, the son of John ██████, a rich aristocrat in Sheffield, England. SCP-5375-A was cast out of his family at the age of 14 for being a "Wonky Cock-Up" He spent the next 7 years pickpocketing rich men (including his father) which led him to gain a bit of notoriety in town. He was arrested a sentenced to 3 years in jail. after this sentence, he went straight back to pickpocketing, and met a girl named Eliza ██████████ who took an interest into him. They got married and had a kid soon after. At this point, Charles had gone to robbing houses and 5 years later found a cane with a clock engraved on it in a mans house. Who this man is, is unclear. SCP-5375 has stated that the man was a business man selling strange objects with two partners in town. The man fled town soon after. While showing the cane off to his wife, SCP-5375-A used the cane to stop time on accident. SCP-5375-A stayed in frozen time for ██ days before learning how to use the staff proper. When he unfroze time, he saw the staff as an opportunity to rob house more efficiently. He gained wealth in the town and even travelled the world in this time. He soon grew bored and simply returned to pickpocketing people. When his wife died in 1861 he cried in frozen time for days until he unfroze time. He wandered the world, leaving his 17 year old daughter and 13 year old son alone. They moved to America and started a watch business known as the "Time-Stoppin' Watches!" His descendants live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Discovery: SCP-5375 was discovered on May 16, 1976 when he was seen in a bar speeding up disappearing and reappearing giving off the effect of teleportation. Site Director █████ ██████ Wrongfully created and sent MTF Epsilon-5 ("Transport Hell") to contain a teleportation anomaly. When this failed MTF Lambda-5 ("White Rabbits") was sent and they successfully retrieved SCP-5375-A and B.
