Special Containment Procedures:
Scp 5678 is to be placed inside a facility restroom, and to be freely used by staff members, Scp 5678 is NOT to be removed from the confines of the restroom, such action will cause the item to apply its effects as descripted in [addendum 1],
No D class are to be exposed to Scp 5678 as its anomalous effects will result in incident where the d class will [redacted] and then [redacted] using the toilet brush to [redacted] in the end of his final breath.
leading to a need of a new location restroom to be used.

Scp 5678 is a bottle of common toilet soap that has no apparent anomalous behaviors at first hand, yet what seemed at first glance to be a normal bottle of soap was actually an anomaly that only memetic resistant personal can see through,
the bottle of soap will look to any one who look at it normal brand of soap that he will expect a bottle of soap to be in the current location,( as the most common soap that was sold in stores nearby) though memetic resilient personal will find that the soap itself is normal, the bottle itself will be branded in an [reducted] language and the symbols on it resembling a [redacted] from the year 1881.
Scp 5678’s special anomaly property is when a person will sit on a toilet adjacent to the bottle and proceed to take a number 2 with no way to pass the time like reading material or any item to interest him while there, then he will be compelled to take the bottle and reads it’s contents, after starting to read he will soon find he is reading a text that will have some interest to him, if it is related to his hobbies or any of his interests, other effect the bottle will have is when someone reads it has had some traumatic event in his life that he didn’t really got over it, the bottle will read that event out in a new perspective, replacing the person’s own perspective making him reading it as if it wasn’t him, mostly what happens in the end is that he will finish to read the bottle and then wash his hands with it’s contents , leaving the toilet feeling much better and energized for that day, while he will not remember that his new found perspective and great feeling had anything to do with the soap
Sometimes those who use the soap with a higher memetic resilience but not enough to be totally aware of the soap will take the soap with them away from the toilet only to disappear at the door, the following events are that it will be placed back in its place by the facility’s genitor (addendum 3) that while she will complain that: “people always do that” the genitor is the only one known to be able to take the bottle outside of the restroom but only if just to put it back.
After a person will disappear his entire history and life will be written on the bottle’s label for the next time it will be read, after reading about the person who disappeared all of that person’s strengths skills and wisdom’s will be added to the one who read it, with no memory of how he got it or who it came from [ addendum 4]
When the item is placed outside of the containment area it always goes back to a location that is in the path of the sites genitor, then to be placed back to the restroom, any attempt to block said restroom will result in the bottle to appear outside the room again and be placed back by the genitor in a functioning restroom in the site location
Current location of the bottle is in site 28 third level away from any memetic resilient personal and is aware only to the level 4 and higher personal.
Any tests on Scp 5678 are to be confirmed by at least 2 level 4 researches or by a direct order of the 05 .
Any and all level 4 and higher personal at site 28 are restricted from level 3

The bottle of soap was discovered by foundation initially when they heard about a public toilet that made people disappear, the foundation took the entire restroom to the facility to test it, but when they didn’t found the reason to be the restroom itself but the soap… when it was revealed the soap created an anomaly wave that erased the entire staff who knew about its true nature the moment one of them held it…. The cleaning lady of that lab then came and took the soap to the facility’s restroom where it is right now

Check possible connection by the facility genitor to Scp 5678, is she a part of it or is she resilient to its effects due to her possession, such test will need to be checked secretly so that we wont lose more staff,05 authorization pending
[Addendum 4] using D class who have their entire mind erased by scp 3000 after the bottle made a someone disappear will result in that d class to go insane and will refer to himself as the person who disappeared shouting [redacted] and then using what he can to end his life
