Special Containment Procedures: Due to it being a danger to all known living organisms, it is to be kept in a locked cell 13m underground. SCP-4194 is kept in a locked safe only accessible by Level 2 (two) personal. SCP-4194 must be kept in it's original orientation and no organ, bone, or muscle must be removed.
Description: SCP-4194 is a 3D puzzle of the human body developed by "Smart Lab" in 2008.
SCP-4194 resides in a 1.4 cm x 4.3 cm box, and the model is approximately 12 cm tall. None of the other components ( 24 page illustrated anatomy book, organ-izer, and [REDACTED]) have no anomalous properties.
The 3D puzzle (now referred as SCP-4194-1) consist of a plastic shell of the human skin, only 0.2 cm thick. Only a few centimeters down is a rectanglur cut where the rib cage, lungs, diaphragm, heart, liver, and stomach are located.
The organs, bones and muscles consists of: the stomach, lungs, intestines, lungs, kidneys, esophagus, liver, diaphragm, heart, skull cap, skull brain, humerus, radius & ulna, femur, shoulders, spine, hips, hand, tibia & fibula, rib cage, foot, leg muscle, and arm muscle.
The manifestation only occurs when an organ, bone, or muscle is removed from the puzzle. When, for example, the stomach, is removed from the puzzle, the closest person (up to 3 km) will suddenly have said organ disappear by unknown causes, the person when die via "removal" of the organ. Same thing happens when a bone or muscle is removed. If a organ, bone, or muscle is switched with another one, the organs in the body will move in said place.
