Date found on █/██/██ Inside ███████,█████████. The object has 3 drawings on it, once someone has made direct I contact with one of the drawings on the sticky note. They will go in a state of stress, making them start panicking. After 5 minutes of stress they will start bleeding. When viewed through a photo or video no symptoms will be educed on the subject.
The containment procedures is very simple, don't make direct eye contact with it and move it. Even though of how simple it is you must put it inside a box with no windows or anything that you can view it with. Then move it to its containment chamber. Recently contained in [ DATA EXPUNGED ] it was tested by ████ ███.
