Description: SCP-xxxx is an IRM¹ at an estimated frequency of 368 MHz. Its possible origin is determined to be somewhere near galaxy GN-z11², space monitoring has conclude that SCP-XXXX is not present in any other location other than this solar system. A male human voice can be heard clearly speaking in English in the IRM, IRM possibly having earthly origin has been considered.

Discovery: SCP-XXXX was received by multiple space agency around the world including the Foundations Lunar base on 16/03/01. Mass amnestic were done and information block was in effect to contain information of SCP-XXXX.

Addendum: The following is a transcript of the voice heard in the transmission, the person sounds to be in destress and sobbing. Static can be heard in the background and load groaning sound can be heard gradually increasing.

Don't know what to say about this one.

First of all that frequency, if our numbers are correct this may be the lowest frequency and the furthest signal we have ever gotten from deep space. And that voice, that's a man. Ursa Major is 330,000 light-years away, what's a person speaking English doing out there? And how does he know about us?

Not to mention that signal would've taken way more time then earth had existed to reach us

and that's about all we know for now
