Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4756-1 is to be kept in a replica of a standard class-B personnel living quarters. SCP-4756-1 is given food two times a day and the food must be served by class-D personnel and checked by one class-A personnel. SCP-4756 is allowed to a nearby village once every month following which all people currently residing there are administered class-A amnestics.

Description: SCP-4756-1 is a British male, 27 years of age. Any living being who observes through any means, photo, video and/or face-to-face. SCP-4756-1 immediately feel a rush of euphoria or fear depending on the age of the specimen, as all subjects of age above 27 (number changed on ██/██/2019, used to be 26) will feel extreme fear and run away from SCP-4756-1.

SCP-4756-1 has requested several things since its containment in 20██:

• "A cup" (Granted)
• "A laptop" (Denied)
• "A device which uses a standard US keyboard and a screen made of 1920x1080 pixels to display different images" (Denied)
• "Please just give me a ███████ laptop so I can browse the web. I haven't been able to check on my ██████ in years." (Granted but on restricted access)
• "A human for small talk" (Denied)
• "A human for small talk" (Denied)

FURTHER REQUESTS ARE TO BE DENIED AND SCP-4756-1 IS NOW ALLOWED A
TWO HOUR VISIT TO ███████, Canada

A small number of subjects (further called SCP-4756-2) who came into contact with SCP-4756-1 proceed to run towards the nearest door or place with no humans and are not seen to come out. When Commander █████ went in to check on a place where two SCP-4756-2 ran away he checked every room and they have had disappeared. It is commonly believed that they are teleported to some kind of a pocket dimension but we are not aware if SCP-4756-1 is aware of this effect.

SCP-4756-1 has also been known to subconsciously change the wants and/or feelings of people it came into contact with as to meet his demands. When questioned about this he had no idea of it happening¹.

SCP-4756-1: Hey. My name is actually ███████.

Dr. M: For the rest of this interview we will proceed to call you ███████ then.

SCP-4756-1: Ok, but why do you now all of a sudden let me talk with someone?
Dr. M: I am sorry but I am the one asking questions. Now, how old are you?

SCP-4756-1: I am 27 years old, but please if I answer will I get other people to talk to?

Dr. M: Maybe. Now, are you aware of what we call SCP-4756-2?

SCP-4756-1: Isn't SCP-4756 my name here?

Dr. M: Yes but we also call SCP-4756 the humans you have an, erm, certain effect on.

SCP-4756-1: Oh, you mean the ones that run away or the ones that scream? Those scare me.

Dr. M: We mean the ones that disappear and the ones that change their behaviour to meet your demands. Are you aware of that effect?

Dr. M: ███████? Are you aware that you impact others feelings and behaviour?

SCP-4756-1: I-I… I was told that I don't harm them.

Dr. M: Who told you that? SCP-4756 are you aware of the effect?

SCP-4756-1: I didn't know that I affect others thoughts.

Dr. M: Ok thanks for your answers. My time with you is done, hopefully, we will meet again.

SCP-4756-1: Have a nice day doctor…

Dr. M: Where and how were you born?

SCP-4756-1: I was born 27 years ago, in ██████.
Dr. M: So who were your parents so that you have these powers?

SCP-4756-1: I do not wish to continue this line of questioning. How was your day?

Dr. M: 4756 Answer.

SCP-4756-1: Why? If I don't will something bad happen? No, because I am one of a kind so you couldn't lose me.

Dr. M: SCP-4756 answer or the will be consequences.

SCP-4756-1: Oh, like what? Tell me. I am a human with rights so you are not allowed to kill me or even hurt me.

Dr. M: SCP-4756 the Foundation is not cruel, but it is cold. We can let you starve for weeks without repercussions. Now that you are here you aren't a human. You are an SCP. Now, will you answer my previous question

**SCP-4756-1:C-Can I go back to the containment cell?

Dr. M: Answer and you will be able to go.

SCP-4756-1: I never met my mother but my father used to tell me stories about her and how she was one of his subjects from work but they fell in love.

Dr. M: His subject? Where? Where did he work?

SCP-4756-1: I don't know but his work clothes were a big fancy lab coat like that guy on the other side of that window with that exact symbol i think.
