Biography: Mikhail Carter is a Senior Site Researcher at Site-19, specializing in metaphysics and pataphysics. Carter first joined the Foundation in 2013, after his published article regarding ██-█████ ███-██-███-█████ █████████ was discovered, without knowledge of such events being divulged to him by the Foundation. Carter was detained, and eventually convinced Foundation higher-ups that he was more useful working for the Foundation rather than being detained by them.
In 2014, Carter was officially made a Junior Researcher at Site-45, where he worked to catalog SCPs. His genius regarding pataphysics and metaphysics was soon utilized, however, when he managed to stop multiple reality-bending anomalies from breaching containment on a visit to Site-17. Carter was subsequently awarded a promotion for his expertise and heroism, and was reassigned permanently to Site-17 as a full-fledged Researcher, with a Level-2 Security Clearance.
After four years of dedicated work, Mikhail was promoted to Senior Researcher with a Level-3 Security Clearance, at which point he happened to meet ██████ ██████, his ██████. He promptly notified HR, and was transferred to Site-19, to prevent a conflict of interest. While there, he became an unofficial consultant for all things relating to reality warpers. His notoriety and sheer genius quickly awarded him a Level-4 Clearance, and the Site Director began to work directly with Carter to update containment procedures for reality-warpers at Site-19. Working together, they managed to reduce containment breaches at the site by 35%.
Around January 2019, Carter was assigned as the Research Lead for SCP-XXXX. The two became close friends, and Mikhail began to advocate for SCP-XXXX's release, which earned him a disciplinary hearing directly from the O5 Council. Investigation is currently underway to assess the cause of Carter's request.
