Description: SCP-XXXX is a Samsung SPH-M300 mobile phone. Other devices are able to make calls to SCP-XXXX by dialing the number ████████████████, despite this not being a valid format in any publicly used regional or international numbering plan. The device does not support the ability to leave recorded messages.

A single contact is saved in the device under the name "James" and number ████████████████. Attempting to call this contact results in an error message.

SCP-XXXX was found left at a diner in Caldwell, Idaho on 17/9/2010 and was turned over to the local police. The device was retrieved by the foundation on 29/9/2010 after its anomalous properties aroused suspicion among police department staff.
