Description: SCP-XXXX is a dark brown Samsung mobile phone1. Any calls made from SCP-XXXX will be answered immediately, regardless of circumstances that would normally prevent or discourage the called party from answering. Individuals will respond to calls placed by SCP-XXXX at any hour while at any location, even if previously stated to be busy or unable to respond.
SCP-XXXX contains no references to any telephone service provider. Despite this, it has been able to reach any public international number dialed during testing. Other devices can connect to SCP-XXXX by dialing the number ███-███-████.

Description: Security personnel reported an apparent discrepancy in surveillance footage coinciding with test XXXX-5. Footage appeared to show Dr. Richards simultaneously in his office and in test chamber W14-B for approximately 12 minutes. The second image of Dr. Richards does not appear in any recordings following this period and is last seen exiting test chamber W14-B. Dr. Richards reports no memory of conducting test XXXX-5.
