Special containment procedures
SCP XXXX is to be locked away in a cell, with industrial grade fans on the floors and ceiling. Two guards are to be posted outside of the SCP's cell, the guards should be as clean as possible, this meaning their criminal records should be completely blank, given this SCP's tendency to attack targets with bad deeds on their hands. This SCP should be given at least two hour with a religious figure once a week such as priests, and preachers, If the SCP is not given this time it will become more hostile.
The SCP should have access to interviews with researchers and doctors, whenever he request. However He is not to come into contact with Any form of D class. This seems to anger him due to one of his anomalous properties.
SCP should NEVER come into contact with anyone who has committed, Eincarnates Seven Atrocities.
These include.
-Murder, Rape, assault against a child, ████████, animal abuse, lying that causes another harm, or enslavement.
Coming into contact with any committers what will be called SCP xxxx - A will send SCP xxxx Into a furious rage in which hell kill the subject in a horrific way. SEE ADDENDUM ONE.
The SCP has requested visitation rights to SCP 999 This is likely to help deal with the overwhelming emotions it constantly has through seeing and hearing hatred on a daily level. This was at first denied however latter approved of due to The Rockefeller incident
Description.
SCP XXXX Is a being made of a smoke like substance unidentified to the foundation. The smoke forms in a vaguely humanoid shape. the head of SCP xxxx is skull like with two floating orbs of Purple light representing its eyes. it has two sets of symmetrical horns the first set in the middle about a foot tall the other set just next to the first set about 3 inches tall.
SCP XXXX Shaped a jacket around himself out of the same material his entire body is made of. SCP has a Tail about 5 feet in length.
SCP XXXX claims to be a celestial in the same vain of SCP 343. Weather this is true or not is as of now Unknown.
Besides his smoke like form SCP XXXX's Anomalous Properties seem to be its ability to see a targets worst traumas and atrocities committed both to and from the target, and hear the target's thoughts of the target on who he or she hates, Through testing it seems SCP XXXX can only hear thoughts of distinct hatred.
ADDENDUM One: The Rockefeller Incident.

D Class 1023 other wise known as Knewel J. Rockefeller a serial murder of women and children had been assigned to speak to SCP XXXX. Knewel walked into the cell reluctantly and almost immediately the SCP had turned his smokey form into a storm of hatred that consumed the entire top portion of the cell. SCP XXXX had spoken of the crimes committed by Knewel including five victims that were previously unknown to local authorities. The storm had been lit by blue colored electric discharge that came from the SCPS eyes, hands and the storm itself. Sever lacerations formed all over Knewels body as the storm surrounded him until finally the storm traveled through his eyes, mouth, nasal cavities, ears, rectum and urethra causing the lacerations to travel internally.
After Knewel had almost immediately died, SCP xxxx sat curled into the corner of the cell. He seemed to had expedience the same pain Knewels victims. After this incident the SCP gained
permission to talk to religious figures every week and open access to 999 to help cope with this near daily experience of excruciating pain.

SCP XXXX: I am one of the celestial beings, I oversee maters of justice and revenge. I punish the evil, although it is certainly not an easy job.
Doctor Vincent Abraham: Yes well how exactly do you see, for example me?
SCP XXXX: I hear your ex wife she blames you for the love dying she speaks of how its your fault. She talks about how you took her for granted and how she wishes you would just call her and put in the effort and commitment
Doctor Vincent Abraham: s she does? … That doesn't sound like hatred.
SCP XXXX: Hatred comes in many forms, many of witch stems from desire of something that is difficult to obtain
Doctor Vincent Abraham: R- Right… Now what exactly is it that you experience on a day to day basis.
SCP XXXX: The most painful to experience are those of the other sentient SCPS… a lot of which suffer from depression due to their imprisonment and having major psychological damage.
Doctor Vincent Abraham: … What SCP's have you interacted with and what were your experiences with them?
SCP XXXX: I was lucky enough to talk to the SCP's under the 2912s before their death. It was a disturbing experience, the things that happened at Fullers is enough to drive me to tears for weeks. Then there, that poor person who had the unfortunate fate of 3001, hes alone and is always going to be alone and I suppose I had some contact with 682, hes consumed by hatred.
