Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to be held in a specialized holding cell roughly 30m x 30m in diameter.
Description: SCP-XXXX refers to the manipulated cells of three (1 living) individuals (hereby reffered to as SCP-XXXX-1). The DNA of these cells have been manipulated by unknown means, and by an unknown person(s). SCP-XXXX's anomalous ability is activated by unknown means, so direct contact with SCP-XXXX-1 should not be attempted, as he can be detonated at any time.
When activated, all of SCP-XXXX's cells will lose specialization, returning to the form of stem cells. Once all of SCP-XXXX's cells have changed, they will begin rapidly multiplying, and will continue until a currently unknown point (As of recording, the largest range has been roughly 2670m x 2488m). Any organism with 46 chromosomes that SCP-XXXX-1 comes into contact with will be consumed in the mass and absorbed, with all of the victims cells changing into versions of SCP-XXXX. This added mass will also extend the range of the expansion.
Once the multiplication has stopped, the mass will settle, and certain lifeforms will begin to arise from the mound. These lifeforms have been:
-Grass and plants, made out of Keratin

SCP-XXXX: I've certainly been better.
Dr. Milton: I can imagine. You're well aware why you're here? What you… are?SCP-XXXX: Yeah. There's something… inside me. Something bad.
Dr. Milton: Well, we're still trying to figure out what exactly it is, but yes. For right now, I'm just here to answer any questions you might have.SCP-XXXX: Is this… prison?
Dr. Milton: Not exactly. We're here to contain you, yes, but you aren't here because you've done something illegal. At least, nothing that we're aware of.SCP-XXXX: …Right.
Dr. Milton: Any other questions?
SCP-XXXX: No, I think I'd rather just go to sleep.
Dr. Milton: Very well, we'll continue this interview tomorrow.

Dr. Milton: Good morning, SCP-XXXX. Did you have a good rest?
SCP-XXXX: Yeah, I suppose. Oh, and you can call me Michael.
Dr. Milton: Very well, Michael. If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a couple questions. Do you know how you became this way?
SCP-XXXX: …
Dr. Milton: Michael?
SCP-XXXX: I knew a guy in college. My roommate. We were both were in the same major; biology, at Harvard. I was.. smart, back then. But this guy, he was on a whole other level. I don't think I saw him open a book outside of class, let alone study - and yet he aced everything. He was very passionate about biology,
