Time of creation/birth:at least 1000 years ago
First recorded appearens was in 1016-1020 . A folk tale about a mask and a set of gloves . Gloves would strangle it's target untill it starts to wear them , they were either lost or destroyed somewhere between 1656-1690 . Hat was much more dangerous entity because it can implant any sound in anyone in 10m radius .only thing it wants is to be worn because it feeds of thoughts . Once it's finished it will just discard the host, now only a shell of a person, and search for another host , it can not move more than few cm a year .
Containment : at least 20 m deep hole whit an elevator , must be moved every 10 years (SCP thinks that if other parts of the entity are out there that they are looking for it )
