Containment: After various tests, it is found that the best materials to muffle the effect of SCP-XXXX is rubber and steel, SCP-XXXX is placed in a rubber and steel-lined room with no access to any form of human contact. SCP-XXXX is said to move on its own and will move around the room if you hear noises only check on the camera's DO NOT ENTER THE ROOM, SCP-XXXX has been known to move close to the door in attempts to get human's to brush against it. If an emergency occurs there is a rubber and steel box SCP-XXXX can be placed into using special rubber gloves to keep secure. The box is immediately locked with several steel locks to prevent the SCP from escaping. Level 5 and higher key card needed for access.

Description: A large doll with a completely black body complete with hands feet and other parts except for genitalia, its face is completely shiny white contrasting from its matte black body. It's face has an abnormally large open-mouthed smile with no teeth a nose and a large hollowed out area for eyes and painted on eyebrows, The eyes are large and circular with shiny off-white coloration and large black pupils,It is completely bald with no hair and seems to move on it's own. Reports upon touching the said item say that they see images of past killings from said doll and then a very slow chuckle that repeats in their heads. They experience extreme anxiety and usually curl up in a ball in the corner of the room. This goes on for several hours until the subject seems to go crazy and yells that it is coming for them before subject faints, personnel report seeing the doll to become almost static looking around the edges at the time the subject is yelling even if the doll is floors below said subject, this continues until only the face is the most visible part. Reports say that subjects who touch the doll die within 8 hours to touching the doll, their brain seeming to be liquefied.

Recovered data entry from Agent [Redacted]:
"…It moves around the room and sometimes it will stare at the camera as if watching me. I even feel breathing on the back of my neck sometimes but when I check there is no one there. Other personnel have reported the same experience as me. Why did this have to be my job? I screw up once and get demoted to watch duty for a week instead of on-field containment. I guess I'll just go back to watching the camera's."

Agent [Redacted] was found later that day inside the room talking to SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX made no move to attack her instead it seemed to be listening, Agent [Redacted] seems to do that with all sentient SCP's found, we think she may have a special connection to them, if this is true then she may be more helpful than we thought. After questioning her she said that she was friends with multiple SCP's but could not make contact with SCP-173, SCP-106, SCP-983 and SCP-049 and her relationship with SCP 096 was '50/50'. There are several non-sentient SCP's that she does not talk to and seems to be the closest with SCP-XXXX, More testing is required.
