Authors' Resources

Per the greenlighting policy, first-time authors must get concepts reviewed in the Ideas Critique Forum or IRC chatrooms before creating a feedback thread in the Drafts and Critique forum. Draft critique can still be sought via IRC and PM without greenlights.

When you have a draft that you know for sure the audience will like, bring it to Drafts Critique Forum. Please note that the forums move much slower than the chat, and the draft forum moves slower than the ideas forum!

The mainsite-run IRC chatrooms are the most reliable source of real-time critique discussion.

First off, let me explain the different terms I will be using. Let us start with the biggest; a Dimension. Each dimension is DRASTICALLY different, and all have different Reality Rules. In each Dimension is multiple Multiverses, every multiverse is different but if they belong to the same Dimension they follow the same rules. Of course in each Multiverse, is a bunch of nearly identical universes. Each universe has at LEAST 3 or more timelines that can be damaged or even erased if too much stress is put on them (for example, TIME TRAVELING). Our universe (IRL) has been given the designation Ho-E-12-6. (Home Dimension, Earth's Multiverse, 12th universe, 6th timeline). The SCPs Multiverses universes have an average of 486 timelines each (for example, my own head canons universe is SCP-E-788-53)
