Special Containment Procedures: Outside of testing situations, the production of speech containing an "activation phrase" (see below) constitutes a breach of containment. Materials containing said phrases must not be accessible by devices capable of producing sound resembling speech at any time. The use of vv is permitted to restrict civilian awareness of the key phrases, as is the destruction of materials referencing them where acquisition is impractical. Personnel at risk of exposure to a containment breach may be equipped with speech recognition devices, which are to indicate to the user when a breach may have occurred. Mh usage is not recommended for the purpose of mitigating containment breaches.
The creation of sound fulfilling the criteria listed in document [] constitutes a breach of containment. At no point is such sound to be generated, recorded, or transmitted, and any references to such sound stored in an audio data format are to be converted to a non-audio data format and destroyed immediately. At no point is any individual at risk of exposure to a containment breach of SCP-[] to be exposed to Foundation1 vv agents, unless such an exposure drastically lowers the chance of them being exposed to a containment breach. All personnel at risk of exposure to a breach of containment are to be equipped with devices capable of detecting breaches, which are to alert relevant authorities (currently MTF-[]) to the breach, as well as initiating counter measures. Currently, the devices will emit an auditory Reyes-V sedating hh agent. Mh agents are to be used where possible to prevent breaches.
As of [], all material relevant to ██████ is isolated in site []. As of [], all personnel aware of ██████ with level 4 clearance and below are located in site [].
Description: SCP-[] refers to an vv effect activated in response to the generation of certain sounds. All sounds known to initiate SCP-[] refer to ██████2 and various connected concepts. The full criteria (as known to the foundation) for initiating a response, as well the expected extent of the response for certain sounds, is detailed below. SCP-[] functions similarly to the vv used by the Foundation3, but can interact with multiple entities in a small area. SCP-[] exhibits the potential to feed back into itself4, strengthening and increasing the number of affected individuals. A self sustaining instance
has not been observed has occurred once so far (see: incident []).
