SCP-4000-1 will be able to move, walk and another operations but woun't be able to breath becuse by stopping the time it will cause air stops work and move, thats mean SCP-4000-1 woun't survive too long. Another subject's side which is in same contaiment SCP-4000-1 will be freezed withount breath, blink or any functions, when SCP-4001-1 come back in "normal" world, SCP-4000-1 will get dizzines and burning pain in side of the head and move back at the same position he has been before the activation SCP-4000.
