The oilman is an anomalous creature made from oil as its name might imply.
Its origins are unknown.
Its appearance is amorphous however it tends to keep a slight humanoid form completely made of crude-oil like substance.
After multiple tests, it has been found that the substance that composes its body is carbon-based with high flammability and viscosity.
The oilman also possesses intelligence and the ability to communicate.
It is also hostile towards most living creatures as it will try to engulf and steal any carbon-based liquid from their bodies as its method of feeding.
It has been found out that its size will change depending on the number of carbon-based substances it has absorbed to date. However, it has also been seen to lose size after prolonged periods of time without feeding.
The oil Man was found roaming around a vast pool of crude oil mixed with sand in the United States [redacted].
For its contentment method, it is to be kept in an airtight sealed steel container. No person is to be allowed entry into the container without an airtight hazmat suit with its own oxygen tank.
For some reason, the oilman has requested for pen and paper presumably to write something. This request is pending approval.
During an interview, the oilman has admitted to really like sharks and didn't give any more information regarding this. It also stated a desire to wear someone's skin. It is unknown for what purpose does the oilman to do this and it hasn't provided any further information regarding the matter.
During incident A the oilman managed to breach containment and used the skin of a D class personnel to try and impersonate them. Being asked after re-containment the oilman stated: "I just wanted to have skin again". This leads us to believe the oilman was once human. When asked about it the answer we received was "perhaps". After this, the oilman refused to speak about the matter any further.
During incident B the oilman after breaching containment attacked and kill two staff members through brutal means. The first had its bones removed before being crushed into fine powder at which point the second was forced to snort it before having its lungs removed. After those events, the oilman once again stole the skin of both staff members before operating for re-containment. When asked the reason behind these actions it simply answered with: "soon" and refused to speak further.
