Object Class: Keter Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5000 is identified as two different and separate entities, designated SCP-5000-1 and SCP-5000-2. Due to SCP-5000-1's anomalous behavior, SCP-5000-1 is required to be kept in a Class V humanoid containment cell at all times during the night cycle and has to be present in the containment cell two hours before and after the night cycle of designated timezone. In the given timeframe, all personnel is required to distance themselves from SCP-5000-1 within a 500m radius. While a minimum of two D-Class personnel is required to approach SCP-5000-1's containment cell in the given timeframe to prevent containment breach of SCP-5000-2 instances on a weekly basis. In the event of a Full Moon, a minimum of eight D-Class personnel is required to be onsite until Full Moon ceases and twenty D-Class personnel in the event of a Lunar Eclipse. Description: SCP-5000-1 is currently a woman, 1.7m tall and in her mid-30s and of European descent. SCP-5000-1 was recovered in a rural village near ██████ , 19██. SCP-5000-1 has been in Foundation Custody for over ██ years at Site-4█. Due to recent events, see Addendum-02, SCP-5000-1's object class was reclassified from Keter to Euclid and was granted free roam with Level-3 access around the facility in the condition of returning to her containment cell 2 hours before the night cycle.
SCP-5000-1 or Violet Wodashi, has no anomalous ability side from rapid regeneration at different paces, depending on the time of day. SCP-5000-1's anomalous ability will only active when instances of SCP-5000-2 manifest.
SCP-5000-2 is usually a 2m tall anomalous ghost-like entity equipped with what is commonly known as medieval fashion weaponry. SCP-5000-2 manifests independently around near SCP-5000-1 during the night cycle in search of any living humanoid organisms except SCP-5000-1 to "Collect Forsaken Souls" as mentioned by SCP-5000-1. Indication of manifestation of SCP-5000-2 is the green glow present on SCP-5000-1's eyes. At the moment of manifestation of SCP-5000-2 is confirmed, the onsite staff is directed to cooperate with SCP-5000-1 via long-range communication to direct D-Class personnel towards SCP-5000-2 to prevent SCP-5000-2 from breaching past the designated 500m radius around SCP-5000-1.
After contact is established between D-Class personnel and SCP-5000-2. SCP-5000-2 will then proceed to mutilate D-Class personnel in medieval fashion before absorbing the D-Class personnel into its decaying body. At the same moment, SCP-5000-1 describes feeling a burning sensation all over SCP-5000-1's body as she begins to scream in a deafening pitch until calming down moments after. See addendum-01.
SCP-5000-2 will then begin to decay and fade away after the termination of D-Class personnel. Moments after, SCP-5000-1 will gain near to crystal clear memory of D-Class personnel and all past victims making the use of amnestics towards SCP-5000-1 redundant.
Addendum-01:
This anomalous ability has cause breach of secrecy of the foundation and its intentions towards SCP-5000-1 before SCP-5000-1's recovery and SCP-status recognition. This anomalous behavior has also given SCP-5000-1 prior knowledge of certain foundation members, staff personnel, and other SCPs without any prior interaction due to casualties of SCP-5000-1's recovery consists of Dr. ██████, Dr. █████, and Captain ██████.
Interview between SCP-5000-1 and Dr. William Nars was held two days after SCP-5000-1's recovery at temporary holding site, Site ██
Note: After the casualty lost during SCP-5000-1's recovery. SCP-5000-1 immediately surrendered and complied with the foundation rather than attempt to escape. This has shown that SCP-5000-1 has the mental age to that of a young adult despite being the age of nine.

Dr. William: Good Afternoon Violet. My name is Dr. William Nars, head doctor of ███████ █████ Hospital. I'd like to ask you a few questions about your illness.
SCP-5000-1: What is this place?
Dr. William: I just told you, we're in a hospital.
SCP-5000-1: No, it's NOT! WHAT IS THIS PLACE! What are those monsters you keep down there?
SCP-5000-1 began crying and starting a tantrum, whilst describing the monsters she saw which closely resemble SCP-███ and SCP-████
Note: Prior to the death of Dr. █████, Dr. █████ was known to actively conduct experiments with the SCPs stated by SCP-5000-1.
After SCP-5000-1 calmed down, The interview was resumed.
Dr. William: How did you know about these… monsters?
SCP-5000-1 briefly remained silent. Scratching her head and her teeth gritted tightly. Then exhaled.
SCP-5000-1: They showed me.
Dr. William: They?
SCP-5000-1: Dr. █████ and Dr. ██████.
Dr. William seemed a bit agitated, mostly due to being close colleagues with Dr. █████ being a casualty during SCP-5000-1's recovery.
Dr. William: How were you able to know them?
SCP-5000-1: I saw their souls and-
Dr. William: Wait… Soul? How do you know it's a soul, not just memory?
SCP-5000-1: He told me that I keep their souls. When he collects a soul, all of their memories, feelings even the painful ones go through me in an instant.
