Special Containment Procedures: This SCP is to be contained in a human containment cell with the following features. It must have a space of atleast 15 m² and should resemble a small appartment with a toilet, a bathtub or shower, a sink, a small kitchen, a bed suited for two people, a dining table with at least one chair and one or more recreation sources. Providing a PC is optional, but, if provided with an internet connection, it is to be monitored on use and if a containment breach is imminent, the connection to the internet is to be cut immediatly. Furthermore this SCP is to be monitored constantly, to be sure that no dangerous situations occur.
Description: This SCP is a caucasian female humanoid reality bender. She measures at the height of exactly 1.69 metres. The subject has chubby body features and is, overall, not very athletic. It is to be said that she resembles physically a human being in any way, but her reality bending abilities are not visible at first glance.
She was discovered at first in the summer of 2015, when a carnival parade in western europe took place. A group of clownes marched while the parade was taking place and in a matter of seconds they were transforming into "killer clowns". They brutally murdered 10 people and massacred the other wagons of the parade. This SCP was found screaming at the top of her lungs, claiming it was her fault because she quote: "did not think of this scenario". Local police was called and asked the witnesses what has happened. Shortly afterwards, this SCP was captured by the police in the belive that she just went insane. After further investigation, the local police was suspicious of her since some of her claims were especially weird, but yet made total sense to the cause of other phenomenous occurrences. Shortly after, the SCP foundation was called to investigate and later confirmed that said incidents were related to her. She was captured and did not resist. A cover up story was made to cover up said incidences, including the incidence at the parade. It was spread that a cult of gruesome murderes were the cause, who finally got captured and punished by the local police.
It was not clear at first if This SCP had any anomalous abilities. Since the nature of her features is hard to pin down, it needed several months of testing in order to come to the conclusion that she is, in fact, a reality bender. Apperantly if she thinks of any event, it will not happen. For example, if she thinks of strawberries turning blue, they will never turn blue. Or if she thinks of any event an individual might get their ankle broken, they will never brake it. It is currently unknown to what extend her abilities range, but it is speculated that, as of now, her power is limitless.
