AUTOMATED NOTICE FROM THE FOUNDATION

This document describes an SCP object that has been discovered recently, meaning its effects are not yet fully known and/or understood. Extreme caution is advised when dealing with this SCP

Item: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Pending

Special Containment Procedures SCP-XXXX is to be monitored at least once daily during its active phase by one researcher. Upon completion of the event, the assigned researcher is to give a log of the activity to Dr. Fournier. At all times, the house containing SCP-XXXX is to be guarded by a standard containment team using the standard Foundation containment procedures. The house has been closed off under the excuse of it being an unsafe structure. Any civilian found to be trespassing outside of the house but within the property is to be escorted out. If a civilian is to enter the house itself, they are to be apprehended and interrogated by the guards on-site and be given Class-A Amnestics should the on-site personnel deem it necessary

Description: SCP-XXXX is a phenomenon occurring in what appears to be a non-anomalous house in the outskirts of ██████, France. SCP-XXX appears to be a time-warping bubble localized in a room on the first floor, around the bed. In this bubble can be seen what appears to be a male in his early 20s, visually indistinguishable from a baseline human
At 5:45 am each day, the male, now referred to as SCP-XXXX-A, can be seen to perform a daily routine, similar each day. This routine consists of waking up, rubbing its eyes, getting out of the bed, stretching and finally leaving. Once SCP-XXXX-A reaches a certain threshold away from the bed, it completely disappears.However, these events are seen in slow-motion, meaning that these simple actions take hours to happen outside of SCP-XXXX

Discovery: SCP-XXXX first came to the attention of the Foundation on 16/03/18 when local Foundation agents heard rumours of a haunted house while off-duty. After further research, the presence of an SCP was confirmed and the nearest MTF team went to secure it. Amnesticization of civilians is still ongoing

Note by Dr. Fournier: I’ll be calculating the ratio of time between inside and outside SCP-XXXX once I have more data. Furthermore, I recommend we try to get a facial match for SCP-XXXX-A

Lead Scientist Dr. Fournier has estimated that one (1) second inside of the phenomena translate to roughly 2.5 hours outside of the phenomena.
So Far, attempts to identify and/or match the entity inside of SCP-XXXX have been unsuccessful, further attempts are being made.

According to MTF Psi-45 (relevant nickname about forgetting), it is estimated that 85-95% of affected civilians have been succesfully amnesticized. Further efforts will be continued.
