Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5435 is to be contained in a 5x5x5m (meter) Standard Humanoid Containment Chamber within the Light Containment Hallway of Site-33. SCP-5435 is to be observed and monitored through cameras placed in each corner of the containment chamber, disguised as lighting fixtures. SCP-5435 is to have the ability to alter the temperature and lighting of its own containment chamber through the use of a small electronic panel near the containment doorway.
Cross-testing SCP-5435 with any anomalous objects except for the "Little Misters" collection is strictly prohibited. Interaction with SCP-5435 is to be carried out through electronic messages, accessible by SCP-5435 through the aforementioned control panel. All in-person interaction with SCP-5435 must be cleared with SCP-5435 first, or approved by at least one (1) member of the Foundation Ethics Subcommittee of Sapient and Sentient Anomalies, or two (2) Level 4 Personnel.
SCP-5435 is incapable unwilling to breach containment. SCP-5435 is to be allowed one (1) item per month on the basis of good behavior as a form of classical conditioning. To date, SCP-5435 has requested the following items.

Description: SCP-5435 is a humanoid anomaly, approximately 182cm (6'0") in height and 72.12kg (159lbs) in weight. SCP-5435 appears to be of Caucasian descent, with buzz-cut black hair. SCP-5435 appears to be 19 years of age. The words "Mr. Fear, from Little Misters Series II ® by Dr. Wondertainment" are tattooed on the forearm of SCP-5435. SCP-5435 appears to display symptoms of Paranoid Personality Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (Although is currently unable to be directly classified as SCP-5435 has refused all testing). SCP-5435 has been noted to act irregularly and negatively to external stimuli. SCP-5435 has displayed heightened emotional response to negative and positive conditioning. SCP-5435 appears to also suffer from minor speech impediments, often stuttering or speaking irregularly.
SCP-5435's anomalous effects do not manifest until SCP-5435 begins to display heightened emotional responses related to fear, often characterized by screaming, wailing, or crying. During SCP-5435's emotional response, SCP-5435 releases a wave of unknown, emotional energy, causing innate paranoia in all those within a 5m (meter) radius of SCP-5435. Individuals affected SCP-5435 display similar responses to that of SCP-5435 at the current moment, often breaking down and crying in fear. Individuals armed with weaponry often are more likely to use said weaponry as a form of 'self defense' against fear. This effect, however, is capable to be countered using Class-B Amnestics. It is unknown what causes individuals affected by SCP-5435 to display similar emotional responses, as amnestization removes memories pertaining to SCP-5435's effect.
Addendum-5435-1:
SCP-5435 was questioned about a slip of paper that most other anomalous objects pertaining to the Little Misters series are in possession of. SCP-5435 proceeded to produce a torn, crumpled paper, reading as follows:
