Description: SCP-XXXX refers to an event that took place on 5/11/20██ in which the Chaos Insurgency initiated a global assault on the Foundation, beginning with the kidnapping of 05-7 during a visit to Site-██. The event resulted in an estimated 3,400 Foundation casualties and 12,000 civilian casualties while Chaos Insurgency losses are unknown but could be anywhere from [redacted] to [redacted]. During the event, the Chaos Insurgency attacked a total of 14 Foundation facilities (See Addendum XXXX-1). It is unknown why the Chaos Insurgency did not attack all Foundation sites, but it is believed by some members of the Overseer Council that the Chaos Insurgency either had no knowledge of the remainder of the facilities or only attacked facilities that they believed were vital to the Foundation.

The anomalous nature of the event is that all CI² agents involved seemed to be in a trance-like state, often having emotionless expressions unless speaking. The tactics the Chaos Insurgency used during the events were also un-ordinary. In some cases, CI agents would attempt to breach the facility in unorthodox locations. In other cases, CI agents also chose to take personnel hostage instead of terminating them, which were otherwise unseen actions taken by CI agents.

Site-06-3	A group of CI agents totaling around 25 breached the main entrance using explosives and proceeded to kill the initial security force guarding the gate. They then entered the facility and began killing every Foundation personnel they found. They were eventually dispatched by the automated security protocols, resulting in the deaths of all remaining personnel and assailants in the facility. Site-11	A large force of approximately 400-500 CI agents entered Section B of Site-11 (See Site-11 Dossier) and began firing upon everyone they could see, eventually pushing through site security and entering Section C. Further casualties were inflicted and the hostile agents were able to take control of Section C before the Foundation could respond. A large response force made up of agents from MTF Nu-7 ("Hammer Down") and MTF Epsilon-11 ("Nine Tailed Fox") were sent to Site-11 to re-secure it. The force were successful in re-securing Site-11. Site-45	9 boats of varying types and makes were spotted moving towards the Off-Shore Platform (See Site-15 Dossier) at high speeds. The active defense systems were activated and 5 of the 9 boats were destroyed along with their occupants, but 4 were able to reach the Platform. The large group, now identified as CI agents, began pushing into the lower sections of the facility. Site-17	A large group of CI agents breached Sector █ via detonating the entrance to the drainage tunnel. They then proceeded to push into Sector █, releasing all D-class personnel from their containment and initiating a riot. They then moved through the facility, killing all personnel they came across while taking Site Director ██████ ████████ and Assistant Site Director █████ ████ hostage. A response force of 151 agents from MTF Nu-7 ("Hammer Down") and 34 agents from MTF Nu-11 ("Death's Veil") were stationed outside of the facility. Two high-ranking agents from MTF Alpha-1 ("Red Right Hand") were also sent in to oversee the operation. Although the response force were able to resecure the facility after 8 hours, it did result in the death of the Site Director. Since none of the hostiles were able to acquire a keycard with high enough clearance, no containment breaches occured.	431 Personnel	High
Site-81	Although no hostile assailants were spotted during the attack, several explosives were detonated around the facility, collapsing most of the subterranean section of the facility, causing the deaths of most personnel. It is believed that a small of team of elite soldiers, likely CI agents, snuck into the facility somehow and planted the explosives. The nature of this is being investigated. No containment breaches occurred, although recovering all contained SCPs at the site proved difficult.	466 Personnel	High
Site-77	A small group of researchers entered the facility, making their way to the research wing and proceeded to take ██ personnel hostage. 35 agents from MTF Epsilon-11 ("Nine Tailed Fox") were sent to handle the situation. Site-91	A plane was spotted flying approximately 1250 meters above the facility. A large number of people were spotted jumping from the plane and deploying parachutes where they then proceeded to move towards the facility. The on-site defenses were activated and a majority of the group were terminated in the air, but the remaining hostiles were able to land on the facility grounds. The remaining hostiles were terminated by on-site Mobile Task Force and Security personnel. No containment breaches occured.	9 Personnel	Low
Area-27	A wall in A-Wing was breached by explosives via a man-made tunnel. Several hostiles came from the hole and began firing upon all personnel present. They then made their way to D-Wing and barricaded the entrance. Because of the nature of D-Wing, a small team of 8 agents, made up of operatives from MTF Beta-1 ("Cauterizers") and MTF Gamma-1 ("Search and Destroy") were sent in to terminate the hostiles. Site-05	Section A of the facility was subjected to a large amount of artillery fire, later identified to be coming from the nearby mountainside. A short time after this, a large force of CI agents, totaling around 400 to 700 hostiles, entered through the main gate in an assault into Section B. After one hour, 3 A10 Thunderbolt Close Air Support Aircraft were deployed by MTF Sigma-9 ("Valkyries"). The jets then proceeded to bombard the facility for ██ minutes. The aircraft were recalled due to low fuel, where then a large force of over 300 agents from MTF Nu-7 ("Hammer Down") were sent in via airdrop to terminate the remaining hostiles. 6 containment breaches occurred, although all escaped objects were re-contained.	899 Personnel	Very High
Site-64	On █:██ , the on-site nuclear warhead was activated and the facility was destroyed. It is believed a group of hostiles were able to infiltrate the facility and activate the warhead. A force of 120 agents from MTF Epsilon-11 ("Nine Tailed Fox"), 67 agents from MTF Nu-7 ("Hammer Down"), and 21 agents from MTF Beta-1 ("Cauterizers") were sent to secure the area and attempt to re-contain all surviving objects of the detonation. Site-88	3 unidentified fighter jets were spotted flying at an altitude of approximately 8,350 meters, the pilots failed to identify themselves. At ██:██, two of the jets suddenly began diving towards the facility. The on-site anti-air defenses were activated and both jets were destroyed while still diving. Before it was destroyed, one of the jets were able to activate 2 laser-guided missiles and send them towards the facility. One of the missiles hit Reactor 1 and nearly destroyed it while the second missile hit one of the non-anomalous storage units. The wreckage of the jets causes further damage, causing structural instability in Reactor 2. 12 agents from MTF Alpha-5 ("Honor Guard") were on a mission to subdue an individual who was suspected to be under the influence of potentially anomalous effects in ██████, Kansas. As they were about to initiate a raid on the suspect's property, a grey van came to a stop down the road from said property, in which a group of armed men exited and began firing upon the agents. The exact number of hostiles are not known, but is estimated to be anywhere from 8 to 16. 7 of the agents were injured during the subsequent firefight. Although the hostiles eventually ran away, 4 of the agents died from their injuries before backup could arrive.

2 F-15 Eagle Fighter Aircraft piloted by agents from MTF Sigma-9 ("Valkyries") were moving to investigate potential sightings of a large anomalous creature in the sky over ████████, Afghanistan. Around halfway through their mission, they were engaged by two F-86 Sabres in aerial combat. Due to the technological difference between the jets, the hostile aircraft were unable to damage the agents and were subsequently destroyed by the agents via heat-seeking air-to-air missiles.

A team of 6 scientists guarded by agents from MTF Alpha-92 ("Saar Gaav") were on an expedition into the ██████ mountain range in ███████, Nepal investigating local plant life for anomalous activities. On 5/11/20██, the third day of the expedition, all communication with the team was suddenly lost. After no contact was made for another 4 hours, a drone was sent to investigate. After following along their set route, the team was nowhere to be found. A request for a second expedition to search for the lost team was denied by the Overseer Council.

3 (off-duty) agents from MTF Alpha-0 ("Backstreet Boys") were walking down the main street of █████████, Nevada. A majority of eyewitness reports state that a black van drove up along the agents, in which a group of 6 to 8 men jumped out and grabbed them, pulling them into the van and driving away. The assailants and the agent's whereabouts are unknown.

4 agents stationed to observe UL³ UE-315520 spotted a group of unidentified individuals quickly moving towards them. They were immediately dispatched. Later investigation showed that all of the assailants were scientists stationed at an outpost approximately 14 kilometers away. Their motives for their actions are unknown.

A containment team guarded by agents from AMTF Epsilon-2 ("Bombardiers") were engaged by an unknown number of assailants while transporting a recently re-contained scp. The subsequent firefight lasted for 34 minutes, resulting in the deaths of 12 personnel. Several survivors of the attack stated that on multiple occasions, some attackers would suicide rush anyone they saw.

A team of 11 agents from MTF Epsilon-6 ("Village Idiots") were investigating a household suspected to have anomalous properties. Undercover as plumbers, they entered the household and were immediately met with gunfire. In the ensuing chaos, 3 of the agents were injured and trapped inside the house. While the remaining agents escaped the house and requested backup. 20 agents from MTF Xi-3 who were tracking an individual suspected of being under the influence of SCP-3675 arrived to assist and a 3 hour standoff ensued. 2 of the trapped agents managed to escape, but the last one died of their injuries. The hostiles were eventually dispatched and the house was confirmed to not be anomalous.

A small team of 6 agents from MTF Lambda-10 ("Night Owls") were on a reconnaissance mission in ██████, Montana. While moving towards their target location, they spotted a group of 5 unidentified individuals aimlessly wandering in a nearby clearing. After informing the TOC (Tactical Operations Center), they were instructed to hold their positions and observe the group until further actions. After ██ minutes, no actions were observed and the team was instructed to terminate the individuals and gather all notable intel from them. All intel gathered points to them being CI agents, but the reason for their strange actions are unknown.
