Description: SCP-4291 is a estwing sportsman’s axe that weighs 4.3 lbs with a blue handle of 26 inches. When SCP-4291 is held by an individual it can trigger flashbacks to an individual's childhood. The effects of picking SCP-4291 are different depending on the individual’s childhood. If the individual’s childhood was abusive the effects of SCP-4291 can cause the individual to become overwhelmed with sadness and can become angry towards others. If the individual’s childhood was normal then the effects of SCP-4291 will cause the individual to become overwhelmed with happiness. If SCP-4291 is held for more than 10 minutes, the individual will become hostile and will refuse to put down SCP-4291. The long term effects of SCP-4291 when the individual puts down SCP-4291 causes individuals to become diagnosed with Clinical Depression due to individual’s being reminded about their childhood whether it be an abusive childhood or a “normal” childhood. An individual can also become enraged due to these flashbacks and will begin to scream at people and yell about their childhood. Enraged subjects have been observed to become aggressively hostile towards others, using the axe to attack anyone that comes close to the affected subject. It’s unknown how long these effects last for.

Dr. ██: D-2334, I’m here to ask you some questions about your recent testing with SCP-4291. What did you see when you picked up SCP-4291?

D-2334: I don’t want to talk about it.
Dr. ██: I’m sorry D-2334, if this makes you uncomfortable but we need to know what you saw when you held SCP-4291.

Dr. ██: D-2334, tell me what happened when you held SCP-4291.
D-2334: Fine… I-I saw that I was in my old house from my childhood, and I… I saw my mother and my older sister. My mother always… She never saw me. Never cared…
Dr. ██: So it placed you back in your old house with your mother and older sister. What was exactly happening in the vision, anything particular?
D-2334: I saw my mother praising my sister again. Just like she always did. We both went for the same success and this time I did better! But of course, of course, she praised her. Just like every time.
