SCP: I diagnose you with "Anomalous"

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be contained in a humanoid cell with no window, opening or any means for it to have an observation of the outside. A 20cm-thick hinged steel door will function as entrance to its cell. Food prepared for its consumption and objects to be brought in SCP-XXXX's cell must undergo Protocol 63-A, meticulously handled with surgical gloves. (See attached guidelines)

NOTE: A special 26x26cm hatch with a tray that slides and extends to the inside is embedded on SCP-XXXX's cell door, located at chest-level or about 152cm from the door's base.

In preparing/serving meals:
A1 - Surgical mask and hair net are to be worn while cooking a meal for SCP-XXXX. Waxed skin is highly recommended as to avoid any type of body hair falling onto the food being prepared.

A2 - Plate, glass and silverware to be used by SCP-XXXX will briefly be examined under UV light to check for fingerprints. If a fingerprint has been found, the item must be thoroughly washed or replaced entirely.

A3 - The personnel to serve the meal must wear protective overalls and place the meal through the installed hatch. Two Class C personnel will unlock and lock the hatch during the process and the one to serve the meal must not take more than 15 seconds to place the items on the tray.

On retrieving leftovers
A4 - One Class D Personnel must be examined first for any unwanted objects and enter the cell, wearing protective overalls to take the utensils that SCP-XXXX used and pick up its leftovers. It is advisable to perform this while SCP-XXXX is asleep or pacified.

In bringing and/or replacing items
A5 - Objects to be brought inside the cell must undergo brief UV light examination to check for fingerprints. If a fingerprint is found, it will not be permitted to enter the cell unless replaced.

A6 - If URGENT item replacements inside the cell are necessary, One Class D Personnel must enter the cell and repair the item regardless of SCP-XXXX's state. (All Class D Personnel pre-assigned for Protocol 63-A6 have already been trained in performing this protocol)

If one or more of the following items were damaged inside SCP-XXXX's cell, a replacement will be classified as URGENT:

• Surveillance camera
• Surveillance microphone
• Cell door
• Cell door hatch
• Fluorescent lights

In keeping it pacified most of the time, it is given a newspaper every week, but contents are manipulated to follow the guidelines under Protocol 63-B.

Newspaper information alteration
B1 - A team of containment specialists shall be tasked to obtain an editable copy of the weekly broadsheet from ██████████████, a publishing company located in ████████, Philippines.

B2- The following protocol must be performed within 72 hours of obtaining the broadsheet:

• The team must remove or edit out any article that contain or pertain to an existing individual. Fabrication of information is permitted but must be done at a minimum.
• Images that display one or more people that exist must be removed.
• All bylines from all articles must be removed.

B3 - The altered newspaper is to be submitted to a senior specialist for examination of the broadsheet.

B4 - After the approval of the altered broadsheet. It is to be printed and PROTOCOL 63-A5 shall be performed.

SCP-XXXX is to be regularly observed using a surveillance camera with a microphone installed inside its cell, completely hidden from its sight. In the event that SCP-XXXX speaks in its cell, audio logs must be recorded by personnel operating in surveillance and listen carefully for any mention of an existing person's name. If such information is spoken, the entity will be considered hostile, and an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 has been conjured. Field Agents and Mobile Task Forces are expected to perform Protocol 63-C within the course of 24 hours to avoid possible contagion.

If the following events occur, SCP-XXXX is in a HOSTILE state:

• The SCP is talking to himself, mentioning the presence of a "friend".
• The SCP is conversing with an unseen entity (SCP-XXXX-1 has been conjured).
• The SCP is repeatedly mentioning a name of a person.
• The SCP is reciting a chant out loud.¹
• The SCP is yelling "Sinusumpa Kita!"²

NOTE: This protocol is to be performed when SCP-XXXX is in a HOSTILE state

In the event of hostility:
C1 - The name that SCP-XXXX has spoken will be noted and all individuals bearing that exact name must be searched through the permitted access to PSA's database (Philippine Statistics Authority). If an individual mentioned is the name of an SCP Foundation Personnel, proceed to C3.

C2 - Upon finding all individuals and pinpointing their location, Field Agents will be sent and tasked to discreetly observe the household/establishment for the anomalous effects of SCP-XXXX-1.

C3 - When an SCP Foundation Personnel is affected by SCP-XXXX-1's anomalous effects, the Mobile Task Forces must escort the victim to the special task force vehicle.

C4 - The Mobile Task Forces must immediately bring the affected individual/s to the address of Mr. Herman ████████ at ████████, Bulacan.

C5 - After performing the "Anti-curse" ritual, Class B amnestics are given to the victim/s affected and will be sent back to their household/establishment.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a 43-year-old human male but physically appears more geriatric. It stands at 161.5cm and weighs 44kg, making its Body Mass Index categorized as underweight. SCP-XXXX refers to itself as "Mang Nato"³and claims that it has an affiliation with an unseen entity called "engkanto", an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 who is only active when it is conjured by SCP-XXXX. The only evidence for the entity in question is the undeciphered static feedback it causes to audio logs during multiple recordings inside the cell.

When SCP-XXXX gets the chance to acquire an item with a fingerprint, DNA or information belonging to a person who exists, it will begin to speak on its own while holding the said item and recite Visayan chants with the inclusion of the victim's name. It will proceed to ask for SCP-XXXX-1 to lay a "curse" on the chosen person.⁴ The anomalous effect suffered by victims include severe nausea, the sensation of being pierced by multiple needles in the abdomen and having live creatures resembling the periplaneta americana species violently discharged from the victim's orifices, causing hemorrhage and continuous bleeding. As documented, this perpetual suffering does not kill the person and those who managed to die only committed suicide according to autopsies. Attempts to surgically examine the affected bodies are proven to be ineffective and no medical treatment can cease the anomalous effect.

With the assistance of Mr. Herman ████████, a faith healer located in Bulacan, victims of the anomalous effect can be brought to his presence to perform an "anti-curse" ritual that include [REDACTED] of the human body.

SCP-XXXX's paranormal ability to locate a person by just acquiring certain items and conjuring an unobservable anomalous entity has so far been unavoidable.

SCP: Gate of the Dead's Whisper

An "Anting-anting" or amulet in Filipino culture is something you wear for protection from various supernatural threats.

My Pitch:

• An amulet made from a dead witch doctor's patella (knee caps), attached to a lace that was meticulously crafted from human skin.
• When worn, the voices of the dead can be heard, and ask for the wearer's help to free them. These are souls of those who did not get justice and wants the wearer to find their killers/own bodies.
• The wearer actually has the choice if they want to help the spirits that whisper. No consequence would happen otherwise, just the constant whispers of the dead.
• When worn for too long (12 hours) the lace will embed itself onto the flesh of the wearer. Making the wearer's skin its new lace, it will need to be surgically removed if this happens.
• This SCP also has an advantageous effect that would later help in countering the "Albularyo" SCP. Because the person wearing this amulet will repel any curse to be casted on him/her.

Lore

• This was made by a cult of witch doctors by killing their own cult leader and making his patella the main amulet.
• The amulet was created with two main reasons: (1) To hear the souls of the dead and help them be free from lurking the darkness (2) to be a protection against curses caused by Engkantos.

How did the foundation discover?

• After a personnel accidentally touches with her bear finger the plate of food supposed to be served to SCP-XXXX (The Albularyo), the SCP discovered her fingerprint on the plate and cursed her.
• When brought to a provincial witch doctor who gladly accepted the request to heal her, the witch doctor willingly surrendered the amulet and actually thanked the foundation for "Taking Nato and preventing more danger to the province of Bulacan."
• It was explained to them that the amulet was created for a threat like Nato. So he willingly have it to the foundation while still healing the personnel from the curse.

A forgotten actress turned showbiz manager who must be contained in a studio, giving her an illusion that she is still being shown in the air.
When she thinks her ratings are going down. She will "jump the shark" and air a random person's life with clips of personal activities with an unknown source on how it was even filmed.

My Introduction
Hi, my name is Martin Charles!

I'm a Filipino and I've known the SCP foundation for a while, but it's only recently when I really got hooked into reading and even watching animations and readings on YouTube.
I hope to bring forth my SCP ideas and it would be a wonderful achievement for me to have an SCP be posted in the official foundation website.
For now, that's a goal I will try my best to achieve.
