Object of unknown appearance was cpatured by the Scp fodantion in 1998 after reports of citizens in the new Orleans area sposnatinously bursting into flames. At first nobody could tell what was happening until upon further investigation one person in the immediate area was un touched by the effects of the anomaly the citizen was a blind man in his late 60s when asked about the occurrences happening he replied he knew what was the cause and that he could feel its presence. He couldn't see what was doing it but he could sence exactly where the anomaly was. The foundation contained the anomaly with the help of the blind man by containing it in a make shift containment cell to be mobalized to the containment focilaty in {redacted} which was very difficult to do it required alot of trial and error to gage the effect radius of the anomaly on the field. (later more research at the containment facility would give more concrete effect radius research)

Test 1: class D personal D-108 was sent into the chamber whereing fire retardent clothings this resulted in his death the clothing did nothing to stop the flame it seemed the flame originated from inside the subject. All attempts to put out the flame on the subject where unsuccessful the fire burned until there was nothing left to burn. Just leaving ash and bone.
