Special Containment Procedures: : SCP-XXXX must be contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber, with high quality surveillance cameras. All the face, voice or palm recognition systems are meant to be removed from the the site they are kept on.
During any interaction with another human, they must be blindfolded and and hand cuffed to prevent them from taking their blindfold on.
Description: SCP-XXXX has the appearance of a homo sapient being around 1.70 meters in height, with heavily powdered hair which has made the hair completely white, nocturnal eye, rouged cheeks and lips and a pale face. They don't appear to have a gender, preferring to be addressed as "they/them" or by their name.
They usually wear a late 18th century chemise, sometimes they will wear a full skirted knee-length violet coat. They have been given other clothes, but refuses to try any of them, always finding something they don't like about them.
They can change their appearance with another human that they have seen, their form being almost identical to the original. Before they do that, they will observe the person for a few hours, afterwards they will melt into that person and began acting like them, the process usually last 12 seconds.
They often trick others into thinking they are really the original and try to escape the facility.1
Their initial appearance often can be seen in dark places, as their eyes still glow even if they have changed everything else about themselves. Even their false form doesn't last very long, as soon as someone questions them they change back.
Location: They have been found in a circus in Eastern Romania, the manager claimed to be impossible to work with them, as they do not listen and often do whatever they want.
Addendum: When they arrived to the Foundation they had a velvet bag with golden embroidered details, filled with lost jewelleries such as: “The Florentine Diamond”, “The Crown Jewels”, “The Patiala Necklace”, “Graff Diamonds” and other unidentified ones.
Interview
Interviewer: Dr. T. Pikodafni

Dr. Pikodafni:"Good evening, I’m Dr. Pikodafni, today I will like to ask you a few questions, if you wouldn’t mind.
SCP-XXXX:"…"
Dr. Pikodafni:"First, I would like to know you’re name or how you will like me to call you."
SCP-XXXX:"… Vice, I’m not quite fond of the number name."
Dr. Pikodafni: "Alright, Vice, what do you think of the foundation so far?"
SCP-XXXX:"It’s alright, I guess … could have been better, nobody really has a fashion sense, at least from what I’ve seen… Well, it is definably better than the circus."
Dr. Pikodafni:"For how long have you stayed at the circus?"
SCP-XXXX:"About 3 years."
Dr. Pikodafni:"How was it like?"
SCP-XXXX:"Well…" looks at dr. Pikodafni for several seconds "You seem trustworthy, I guess there is no harm in telling… they kept telling me to pose in front of a public and become the one that paid the most. I did it at first, but soon I got bored and tried to get out of there, I decided that becoming one of the performers would be a great idea, but they saw me and the next thing I know I wake up with one of those gentlemen" points at one of the MTF guards at the door.
Dr. Pikodafni:"Can you explain to me the part where you "became" those people, what exactly do you mean by that?"
SCP-XXXX: "I tried to transform into them , they never gave me enough time so it wasn't the best product, but they didn't really asked for perfect accuracy, so I just went with what I had."
Dr. Pikodafni: "Oh, okay. Have you transformed in anybody else since you arrived here?"
SCP-XXXX:Appears to be thinking for 2 minutes "No, I don't remember doing such, plus I don't really have a reason to do, for now at least."
Dr. Pikodafni: "That's good to hear. We have been talking for quite a bit, so if you need anything else I will see you next week, until then good bye"
SCP-XXXX: "Doctor can I get a mirror in here?"
Dr. Pikodafni: "Sure? But for what?"
SCP-XXXX: "Nothing in particular."

After this interview SCP-XXXX was brought a hand mirror, which turned out to be only for him to do his makeup and hair.
