Resolution ████ (2020)
Adopted by the Security Council at its ██████ meeting, on ██ ██████████ 2020
The Security Council,
Recalling its relevant resolutions regarding the question of Anomalies,
Recalling further the Forbidden City Convention and its historical importance in dealing with Anomalies.
Recalling the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and the Additional Protocols thereto of 1977, as applicable,
Recalling also the statement by the President of the Security Council of 28 July 2014,1
Mindful of its primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security under the Charter of the United Nations,
Expressing concern at the ongoing political, security, economic and humanitarian challenges in dealing with anomalies, including the ongoing violence, environmental risks, and threats arising from the illicit transfer, destabilising accumulation and misuse of anomalous weapons or artifacts,
Emphasizing the importance of the continued work by the Special Rapporteur on Anomalous Individuals and Organizations ("Special Rapporteur") with the support of the international community to fully investigate the United Nations' own role in supporting organizations that would do harm to anomalous individuals,
Taking note of the letter dated ██████████████ from Under-Secretary General ████ ██ ████ addressed to the President of the Security Council,
Expressing alarm over the obstacles that have been imposed on the work and access of the Special Rapporteur during the course of its last mandate,
Reaffirming the full respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations,
Acknowledging the resolution signed and dated ██████████████ which serves for as the current Charter of the Global Occult Coalition (GOC),
Reiterating its call for all parties in Yemen to adhere to resolving their differences through dialogue and consultation, reject acts of violence to achieve political goals, and refrain from provocation,
Reaffirming the need for all parties to comply with their obligations under international law, including international humanitarian law and international human rights law as applicable,
Expressing its support for and commitment to the work of the Special Envoy for Yemen to the Secretary-General in support of the Yemeni transition process,
Reaffirming that parties to armed conflict bear the primary responsibility to take all feasible steps to protect civilians and recalling that States bear the primary responsibility to respect and ensure the human rights of all persons within their territory and subject to their jurisdiction as provided for by international law,
Recalling also the universality, indivisibility, interdependence and interrelatedness of all human rights and fundamental freedoms and the need for persons with anomalous capabilities, including those with physical, intellectual, psychosocial and sensory abilities and especially those marginalized on the basis of their anomalous nature, to be guaranteed their full enjoyment without discrimination,
Determining that the question of Anomalies continues to constitute a threat to international peace and security in the world,
Acting under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations,
- Demands that the various anomalous and anti-anomalous parties cease hostilities throughout the world and fulfil their obligations under the Forbidden City Convention and the ceasefire agreement;
Establishing peacekeeping mission
- Directs the establishment of the United Nations Mission into Anomalies (UNMIA), the stabilization force called for in resolution ████ (20██), for a period of 36 months, and requests the Secretary-General, in consultation with the Committee, to transfer authority from the GOC-led PHYSICS Division forces to UNMIA on ██ ██████████ 2020, and further decides that UNMIA will consist of up to ██████ United Nations military personnel, including up to ███ military observers and ███ staff officers, and the appropriate civilian component personnel;
- Calls upon all parties to cooperate fully in the deployment and operations of UNMIA, in particular by guaranteeing the safety, security and freedom of movement of United Nations personnel as well as associated personnel throughout the world;
- Decides that UNMIA shall have the following mandate:
- to observe and monitor the implementation of the ceasefire agreement and investigate violations of the ceasefire;
- to establish and maintain continuous liaison with the field headquarters of all the parties’ military forces;
- to support the work of the Special Rapporteur;
- to develop, as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of the adoption of this resolution, ██ ███████████ ████ ███ ████████ █████████, ████████ █████████████ █████████ ████████████, █████████████ ███████████ █████████████, ███ █████ ███████, an action plan ███ ███ ███████ ██████████████ ██ █ ███████████, ██████████████, █████████████, ███ ████████████ ██████ █████████ for all █████ parties; ████ ██████████ █████████ ██ ███ ███████ █████ ██ █████ ██████████ ███ █████; and addressing ███ █████████ ██ █████████████ combatants;
- to provide security at key government installations, in particular ports, airports, and other vital infrastructure;
- to protect United Nations personnel, facilities, installations and equipment, ensure the security and freedom of movement of its personnel and, without prejudice to the efforts of the government, to protect civilians under imminent threat of physical violence, within its capabilities;
- to facilitate the provision of humanitarian assistance, including by helping to establish the necessary security conditions;
- to observe and monitor the implementation of the ceasefire agreement and investigate violations of the ceasefire;
- Urges all parties and all Member States, as well as international, regional and subregional organizations to ensure cooperation with the UNMIA, and further urges all Member States involved to ensure the safety of the members of the UNMIA and unhindered access, in particular to persons, documents and sites, in order for the UNMIA to execute its mandate;
Extending Special Rapporteur's mandate
- Decides to extend until 28 March 2021 the mandate of the Special Rapporteur as set out in paragraph ██ of resolution ████ (████), expresses its intention to review the mandate and take appropriate action regarding the further extension no later than 28 February 2021, and requests the Secretary-General to take the necessary administrative measures as expeditiously as possible to re-establish the Special Rapporteur, in consultation with the Committee until 28 March 2021 drawing, as appropriate, on the expertise of the Special Rapporteur established pursuant to resolution ████ (████);
- Directs the Special Rapporteur to cooperate with other relevant expert groups established by the Security Council to support the work of its Sanctions Committees;
Support for human rights
- Calls upon all parties to civil conflict to allow and facilitate safe, timely and unimpeded humanitarian access to all people in need of assistance;
- Urges all parties to comply with the obligations applicable to them under the Forbidden City Convention.
- Decides to remain seized of the matter.

She'd soon elaborate, "It's basically the patriarchy on steroids." Then Zara would follow with a grand endorsement of Western-style liberal democracy. Another win for feminism.. she thought.
