Special containment procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a cell similar to that of a D-class Personnel. This cell must be constructed within a facility dedicated to the containment of SCP-XXXX. It is imperative that no other SCP’s are brought within the facility which houses SCP-XXXX. The facility is to be populated by other D-class personnel and to be operated and staffed like a standard D-class holding facility. No personal with clearance level lower than 4 is to have a precise knowledge of what SCP-XXXX is capable of nor what SCP-XXXX is.

Description:
SCP-XXXX is a humanoid male who does not immediately present any apparent paranormal abilities. The most significantly noticeable physical trait that SCP-XXXX possesses is a condition with their pupil which presents a colour and shape like that of a human with Heterochromia iridium, with the left iris presenting a deep red hue and triangular shape, while the right presents a normal circular shape with a bright green colouration.

The object was not initially captured outside of a Foundation facility. Instead it had originally been a D-class test subject and was stumbled upon by accident after a series of incidents involving experiments or containment cleaning protocols that the specimen had been assisting in (please refer to Addendum-XXXX-1). Each incident involved a reaction, from the object that interacted with SCP-XXXX, hereby referred to as subject, that was previously considered to be unlikely or impossible (For examples, refer again to Addendum-XXXX-1).

At current it is speculated that the specimen must ask their questions in order to produce this reaction. After recent interviews conducted by O5-13 at the request of SCP-XXXX, (see Addendum-XXXX-2) it has been made painfully apparent that we were gravely unaware of the extent of the objects abilities, as such he has been upgraded to Keter class. Furthermore, at the reluctant agreement of the O5 Council including the Administrator, SCP-XXXX will be used in a series of experiments hereby referred to as Project Grigori (please refer to Addendum-XXXX-2 as well as Addendum-XXXX-3).

+ Addendum-XXXX-1

The following is the investigation notes into D-45297851, now known as SCP-XXXX, surrounding the original incidents that led to its discovery.

Investigator Mark Gilligan, Date: █/12/20██:

At precisely 12:45PM, a scheduled cleaning of SCP-173’s containment began. The D-class personnel were D-45297851, D-9984536 and D-55781 (to save me some time I’m just gonna call them 1,2 and 3 respectively). 1 and 3 where to maintain eye contact while 2 cleaned the area. After the door had been reclosed, science staff reportedly heard 3 yelling at 1 to look at the “pistachio”. Following this the sound of 2’s neck snapping and 3’s wails for help. So far, about standard for a failed clean-up. However, after the scientists heard the neck of 3 snap they couldn’t hear anything coming out of that cell for what they claim was 10 mins. After those ten minutes had passed, a heavy violent knocking against the cell door was heard. The scientists were shocked that 1 hadn’t snuffed it and decided to ignore protocol and open the door for 1. When they opened the door though 1 wasn’t stood there, 173 was. And 1 (the cheeky bastard) had his back to 173 as well as his hands over his eyes. Cause the scientists weren’t prepared its resulted in a brief containment breach by 173 resulting in 2 research staff dead and 3 members of mobile task force Omega-19 A.K.A “Stonemasons” being wrung up by their necks.

Current questions:
Why did 173 not kill 1?

Working theory:
173 was scared? – Best I can guess if I’m honest. It would explain, what I assume to be, 173’s > violent knocking.

As for 1, he got lucky. At present, I recommend standard punishment as well as re-assignment to a new object. Even though my working theory is a long shot, we don’t want a repeat of today. Let’s err on the side of caution.

Investigator Mark Gilligan, Date: ██/12/20██:

Christ Almighty. Its only been 4 days and this guy has been involved in another strange incident. Oh, and I’ve decided to get creative with his classification. His number far too long. So, D-452whatevertherestofitis was reassigned to SCP-1338. We figured what’s the worst that could happen if he’s with a harmless one. I was to watch over him for the first few days to make sure nothing untoward happened. So, we enter 1338’s forest to talk to him and D-45whatever cuts his hand. I’m thinking, fine. I’m sure 1338 will be happy to heal him up. I’m technically not supposed to ask but it seemed like a good way to get them to bond since they may have to interact in an emergency. Anywho, we get there and D-emon decides to ask a couple questions. Again, he’s not supposed to, but what’s the harm? 1338 goes into heal the mans cut on my request. As soon as he applies his magic medicine instead of the D-45ETC’s cut healing, his arm breaks. Out of the blue, no warning, just snap. The man[REDACTED]. 1338 runs off, crying his eyes out and I think he was blubbering out an apology as well. We had to send out a team to find him and make sure he was OK and still happy to cooperate with us. Dr. Kiryu decided it may be best to reassign D-ouchebag so we don’t scare 1338 again.

Side note 1:
I don’t like this guy, stick far to up his own ass. He seemed kinda giggly over the fact he got 5 people killed with little effort too. I tried to have some casual chat on our trip, but he got guarded pretty quick after I about his home life. I’ll admit that’s got me curious now.

Side Note 2:
I didn’t notice it before we met the kid, but D-man has something like the condition that effects eye colour, much like 1338. Only one of his eyes is shaped differently too. Not like his whole eye, just the iris. But it seems almost triangular, not that you’d notice if you weren’t paying attention.

Current questions:
When ointment was applied why did the arm break, instead of his cut being healed?

Will more shit like this happen with other SCP’s? – I hope not

Who exactly is he? – Need to dig up his Foundation transfer record.

Working theory:
Perhaps he was allergic to something in the ointment and it created an increased adverse effect? I dunno. I only have half the science training the researchers do.

Investigator Mark Gilligan, Date: ██/12/20██:

Another try, another incident. This time is slightly troubling though. My parents used to say, “once is unfortunate, twice is a coincidence and thrice is a pattern”. As such I’m making it a priority of the investigation going forward that the history surrounding D-evious and how he came into Foundation custody. Anywho, main incident time. He was reassigned to SCP-2640 as a member of staff there. First day on the job and the till goes crazy printing out receipts faster than Usain Bolt could run. Nothing in the receipt messages was hostile, but he asked D-opey, in block capitals, to leave and mentioned that he had promised that he wouldn’t come back after asking his questions. Upon Foundation protocols, I got D-eviant out of there and started to question him on how he and SCP-2640 knew each other. Fucker just blanked me. Its fine though. I can ask the shop. I just have to wait at least 2 days for my answer. In keeping with my parent’s philosophy, I’m going to recommend he doesn’t come into contact or range of any SCP’s. What has been made clear with these last 3 incidents is that they find him threatening to some degree. As to why I don’t have the foggiest idea. Hell, this is so weird we may have to declare him a SCP. I guess I should start to pre-emptively call him it now.

Current objective:
Ask the store for some history. Maybe then it will help to clarify at least one of the incidents as well as go too provide some background on him. Oh, I forgot to mention, I couldn’t find his transfer records. They’d be of great use if whoever has to file this could dig them up.

Three days after issuing this report, Inspector Mark Gilligan was found dead in SCP-173’s containment clutching [REDACTED]. How he ended up in SCP-173’s containment is unclear as the door hadn’t been opened since the last bi-weekly clean [REDACTED]. Following his death, the O5 council took personal note of his reports and reclassified D-45297851 as SCP-XXXX.

+ Addendum-XXXX-2

On 1/1/2023 security footage recorded SCP-XXXX leaving his cell by dissolving his door by touch. He is then seen to turn to the camera and request an audience with a member of the council, stating “We both know what we are now, lets chat”. [REDACTED]. Six weeks later the council granted his request.

O5-██: You’ve been hiding a lot from us

SCP-XXXX: And now I’m willing to share, so ask whatever questions you have.

O5-██: What are you?

SCP-XXXX: The Reconnoitrer, Observer of the Seven

O5-██: Who are the Seven?

SCP-XXXX: [REDACTED]

O5-██: Have we interacted with or contained any other members of the Seven?

SCP-XXXX: Just one member, although he has lost his mind a bit. [REDACTED]. We know him as The Changeling, you know him as SCP-2███.

O5-██: Who are the other members of the Seven?

SCP-XXXX: The Hive, The Executioner, The Scholar, The Curator, The Clairvoyant. We each serve a purpose towards amassing [REDACTED] and we all accepted our positions voluntarily.

O5-██: And what happens when you have everything you need?

SCP-XXXX: We move to the next.

O5-██: Thank you, that will be all.

SCP-XXXX: Conversations are not normally so one sided. I have a request to make before you leave.

O5-██: I have been in here longer than I should have already. I’m leaving.

SCP-XXXX: It shan't take long and may prove to be to your benefit.

O5-██: Alright, lets hear it.

SCP-XXXX: I wish to speak to or interact with everything you currently have and will have in custody. I would like to note that should you refuse my request I shall do so anyway without your assistance and I will be around for a greater duration due to the Foundations hinderance.

O5-██: I’ll discuss it with the council. But don't hold your breath.

SCP-XXXX: Marvellous.

SCP-XXXX: One more thing. I would also recommend redacting my file from anyone with lower than level 4 clearance. Knowledge of the Seven kills anyone who isn’t believed to be important. Thank you for taking the time to consider our request, [DATA EXPUNGED]. [DATA EXPUNGED].

Closing Statement: After SCP-XXXX’s final comment, O5-██ gave a look of terror and attempted to kill SCP-XXXX. He was forcibly restrained by the guards and escorted out of the building. After 3 weeks of vigorous debating on the merits of granting this request, The O5 Council and The Administrator approved the start of Project Grigori.

+ Addendum-XXXX-3

The following outline is the base protocols surrounding Project Grigori as well as the procedures to be followed during each experiment.
Interaction with Keter class or higher objects is to be approved by at least two members of the O5 council.
SCP-XXXX is to be accompanied by Mobile Task Force Zeta-45 A.K.A “Watchmen” to each experimental site.
SCP-XXXX is to be introduced to the containment cell of the subject and must wait for the containment cell to be sealed before the experiment is to begin
SCP-XXXX is allowed a maximum of two questions for sentient SCP’s and 1 interaction for non-sentient objects.
The reactions and answers of the subject are to be recorded and included in the Project Grigori files.
If a reaction is produced prior to questions or interaction (as in the case of SCP-3569) then SCP-XXXX is to be removed and no more interaction between the two is to be granted.
