Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXX is to be contained in a humanoid containment cell, and may receive any reasonable amenities SCP-XXX requires. SCP-XXX must communicate through written media. In the event that SCP-XXX communicates in a vocal medium, SCP-XXX must not be in hearing range of any researchers.

Description: SCP-XXX is a masked humanoid entity of Caucasian decent and indeterminate gender, the mask seems to be the very first mask known to man. The mask completely hides the face of SCP-XXX as you cannot see its eyes and mouth. It is irremovable. SCP-XXX has the ability to make anyone forget anything SCP-XXX mentions, but only through a vocal medium. If SCP-XXX communicates through any medium other than sound, no anomalous effects will take place. In a written interview with SCP-XXX, it was found out that SCP-XXX is filled with great sadness when the anomalous effects take place due to its past (See Addendum 1). The anomalous effects only affect people in hearing range, if inaudible, said anomalous effects will not take place. The effects will only affect humans, any anomalies (including human anomalies), will be unaffected.

Addendum 1: SCP-XXX was previously used by the government, as an inducer of amnesia before it was contained in Site-██. All of the people that became amnesic due to SCP-XXX were people who he was in close relation to, like Jamie Peterson, Thomas Dickson, Wally Stanford, and Ria Thompson. They were all administered Class-B amnestics after containment of SCP-XXX.
