Special Containment Procedures: If SCP 4721 can be identified in mass population then immediately terminate target if not in mass population contain and observe and try to cure them of SCP 4721-1. if a human gets infected with SCP 4721-1 come in range detain target and put in containment till end of the night and debrief when effect wares off. if you see a figure wearing a black hat and trench coat and a mask bump into a civilian pay all attention to the civilian and immediately take to the mobile SCP van and give anaesthesia to fall unconscious then debrief when wakes up to make sure no traces of what happened is released to the public. this procedure requires a level two pass to commence the operation.
Description: SCP 4721 is a Euclid class effect and species of humanoid creatures with milky eyes and no other facial features.the creature is incredibly tall and wears party masks to hide their face in public. the only word that the creature can say is sorry. when attacked by SCP 4721 when take of their gloves to reveal a sharp claws that if entered your blood system would knock you unconscious and will cause your body to shut down and you will turn into SCP 4721. SCP 4721-1 is the effect if you bump into SCP 4721-1. Every human around will turn into a blur of colours and have terrifying faces. you will go into a murderous rampage assaulting everyone around you and even killing some people. You get enhanced physical features but loose control of your body. The foundation has played with this concept to apply to mercenaries (using the CARLO documents) to detain hostile SCP's but so far the tests have been unsuccessful so far.
Notes:For any Level one foundation members reading this document the reason why SCP 4721-3 (the area that SCP 4721 occupies) hasn't been quarantined is to run the operation till we found a cure to the effects of project CARLO to gather information about what other operations the nazi's were running. as every time a new nazi project emerges (like SCP 4686 the rubber duck)the CIA needs to know about to stop These unknown projects to make sure their all neutralised or contained.
Theory: The Foundation after 2 years of research have been able to come up with a hypothesis about SCP 4721. The Foundation belive that SCP 4721 is an failed experiment by the Nazi's the safe hitler. After an autopsy revealed that SCP 4721 is a genetically engineered human. Traces of chemicals found in the body reveal that there was a lot of mercury in SCP 4721 blood system. At the set of the Nazi lab the foundation found traces of mercury in the tubes leading into the unknown solider. The foundation also have documentation of the day the lab was raided of the US army with multiple journals and letters describing SCP 4721.
Project CARLO: Carlo is a experiment made by nazi scientists during the late stages of WW2. The Foundation and The CIA Found documents relating to CARLO. They talked about the nazi's desperate attempt to win the war. They were developing a tactical force called CIORLA that is a group of soldiers with enhanced physical traits and a side affect of this was losing their facial features and losing their normal site. although no-one knows what soldiers that underwent project Carlo would see.

Today we started Project CARLO. The acronym is a bit weird but I don't know what it stands for but I'm still going along with it .Today we had to take civilians that haven't for filled there military duty. The project is about making a task force to help us win the war. where on the losing side and I'm worried that the US military will bring the operation down. we also learned that we have to be worried about a new and up coming part of US military called the SCP foundation. The main doctor working on it (Dr hans) showed us the first prototype member of our taskforce. he's clearly dead and most of his skin is melted of. the test went wrong

Today we saw our first creature we created. It had no face except for white milky eyes. it was trying to escape its cell. it scared me, the fact that was a human being a weak ago scared the shit out of me. then Dr.hans dropped a human in there. all the creature did was bump into him, the test dummy went on a human rampage. attacking the creature, but the creature fought back stabbing the subject in the stomach and ripping the test subjects guts out…

The foundation looked everywhere in the lab but we found nothing except for traces of the antidote. were not putting the formula on this document but if your a level 2 pass or more you can find it at your base's library.
Encounters
Josh Bush
A kid based in ACT,canberra was roaming the streets with his friends until he saw (what he described at least) a 7 foot tall monster taking off a party mask to reveal a face with no features but milky white eyes. He said that he approached it to see what it was until it bumped into him and he started seeing rainbow colours and prism effects everywhere. After that his friends said that he went on violent rampage and started attacking everyone. his friends also noticed that his eyes were prismatic and glowing.
Unknown Solider
After world war two and nazi solider's body was found melted in a lab containing large containment Vac's. The Solider was found next to broken vac and with tubes in his stomach, brain and arms. These tubes had traces of mercury in them, and so believed by the foundation, that the unknown solider was the original test subject of the (nazi's codename) Project CARLO.
James mills
This is worst case of SCP 4721 ever recorder. a boy called James Mills was playing hide and seek with one of his friends and his friends dad. He was looking for the dad, then he saw a tall figure wearing a blanket. he immediately saw that the figure was wearing a mask and he took it off. SCP 4721 immediately attack back leaving deep cut wounds in James Mills back and face. the body was found one hour later by a civilian by the name of John Dimpling with all the skin on James mills body turned silver and veins turned green.
Jurgen Muller
Jurgen muller is a 90 year old man who grew up in the war and near where project CARLO was taking place. When we released a public warning about SCP 4721 in the town where Project Carlo was being made rotach egern Jurgen Muller was one of the 10 people that came out to the foundation. he stated That his father was taken away by the nazi's one morning and for a week he thought he was gonna be made a solider. but a week later when there were attacks on the closet nazi strong hold he saw SCP 4721 emerging from the forest. Then he said he saw one of those creatures wearing a hospital gown with the name Klaus Muller (his dads name) Later studies of the first batch of creatures found dead one year after the attacks on Rottach egern o group of SCP 4721's body's were found near the south coast of Germany.
